PES University was established in 1972 in Bangalore. PESU focuses on many courses and one of them is Management. As I chose MBA in finance, for me it was a surreal experience teacher are so skilled and ready to help you, the course is very much relevant and I learned a lot of new things about the corporate world. PESU is the one university where you can see yourself learning and growing.
Entrance Preview
Candidates have to give entrance exams PESSAT, CAT, MAT, CMAT. PESSAT is a test conducted by PES University for admission in various programs one of them is MBA. MAT Score above 500, GMAT Score above 450 for direct admission.
Course Curriculum Overview
PES University offers various Mba programs in many specializations like Business Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Human Capital, Banking, and insurance for 2 years and it also offers an MBA at the Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP), USA. During summer term students experience the residential programs at the IIT-MADRAS and NISM at Mumbai, which delivers programs in business analytics and financial markets.
Placement Experience
PES University has decent placement. Most of my batchmates got placed in good company in good LPA. Top recruiters are Honeywell, Loreal, ICICI Bank, Amazon, Bosch, ITC, Morgan Stanley, HP, Nestle, Deloitte, Genpact, etc. The highest package offered was 16 LPA, the median was 6 LPA and the average was 9 LPA
College Events
various events and clubs are offered in PES University like IEEE PESU, NINAADA (cultural night), NAUTANKI (skits), AATMATRISHA ( techno cultural fest of pes) etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure of PES University is less than other business schools. The fee of PES University is 1.02 lacs.
Fees and Financial Aid
PES University provides various scholarships one of them is the MRD scholarship, if the student is into 20 in their class, he or she will get a tuition fee waiver of 40% for the next academic year.
Campus Life
Campus is well equipped with the needs of the students. Well equipped classroom with modern technology, Research facilities, labs is well fit, wifi, sports ground, 24*7 libraries, etc. It is well maintained and equipped with the best infrastructure.
Admission
For admission in PES, candidates have to fill the online form. After submission of the form, candidates have to book a slot for the exam, and after some admit cards will be issued, after passing PESSAT will be called for counseling and interview.
Faculty
Teachers here are very interactive and helpful. They are very well versed in which course is more relevant. Their teaching methods are very easily which helps students to understand. The semester exams are difficult but teachers are ready to clear your doubts.
