The earned the college admission on merit i secured first class in graduation 66 %. There is no specific entrance exam to qualify. The requirement for the course is any graduate. The TMC law college is one of the oldest government college in Thane district.

The course curriculum is decided by the Mumbai University. The course is of 3 years divided into 6 semesters, per semester 4 subjects. The course is exhaustive and touches more than 68 Acts and focus more on practical training such as moot court, court visit, political research, legal drafting and research paper and products on roots of Act and its constitutional object.

The college doesn't provide Internship but they welcome law firms pamphlets on Notice bulletin board of the college. The stipend is not paid by these firms.

The college organised event for the college students which includes events such as debates, moot courts, legal drafting competition and parliamentary debates on contemporary issues and judged by the Dignitaries. There is also inter-college events organised by the college which includes same events as above just the best of the college is represented at the inter-college stage. If they win they are awarded by cash prize of Rs.1000 and trophy.

The college is Govt. Aided college so the fees structure is affordable to middle class and lower middle class and if the student is from reserved class then he/she has pay less than price of outdated smartphone. The fees for Open Category; FYLLB - 7260, SYLLB - 6520, TYLLB - 7020. The Fees structure for SC /ST / NT/ VJNT Except OBC; FYLLB- 3510, SYLLB- 3090, TYLLB- 3090.

Considering the fee structure it is affordable to the even lowest class of the society as the college is govt. aided.

The campus is one of the largest in Thane and Mumbai Area which is around 1 to 2 acre, very few colleges have such big campus. the college life calm no parties or misbehaviour inside the college as the no outside student can enter the college because of the security bars which open only by college ID swapping. There has no incident till now on basis of the gender, ethnicity, race, religion, sexual orientation, politics and economic status. The tolerance level too high as most of them are intellectual and will try to understand and counter you with citations and references by great personalities.

The college doesn't have Hostel or Mess food as the college timing is from 2.30 Pm to 6 Pm. If students want to come to city and get education in this college there are affordable PG available near Thane station at Rs.5000/month or rent 1 RM kitchen up to Rs.8000/month. The college does have the canteen in campus which provides food and snacks.

Every year seniors organise the freshers party to welcome the juniors and Juniors throwaway send off party to seniors. The alumni helps students to get juniors internship or job at their firm based on their performance in college events. The Students are connected by the college Secret Facebook group where the jobs, internship, latest citation of Supra and other relevant information is posted in that group.

There are 6 semester divided in 3 years. The exam structure is semester wise which includes 4 subjects and the exam is held by the Mumbai university (MU )as college is affiliated by MU. The exam are held in month of November and May. The first semester of academic year is held November i.e 1,3,5 Semesters and last Semester in May i.e. 2,4,6.

The admission process i easy, first and foremost fill the form online and click the submit button then download the filled up form from the the website of the college. Then attach the relevant documents and details you have filled in online form and submit it to college counter with relevant documents i.e. mark sheets going back till 10th standard.

The TMC law college is highly esteemed college and the faculty includes practising lawyers. The basic qualification to become a law professor is LLM (Master of Laws). The subject are dealt by the professor who are practising in that filed of law i.e. Labour Lawyer for Labour subjects.
