RGIT Mumbai review as a mechanical student perspective

yes in Maharashtra there are 85 % seats reserved for MHTCET candidates this entrance exam is a must for taking admission in any college in Maharashtra. The admission process is very simple and all the details are provided by the Mumbai university. for the students under the reservation category, the process is very simple and all the guidelines are provided by the admission committee

The course curriculum is nice you will get to know new things and you will overall love the process. courses are vast and along with that have a great impact on society. since I am a mechanical student I was interested in the machine and automotive industry the courses have made the learning more fruitful and enjoyable. All the faculty members are well qualified most of them have done their masters and Ph.D. in their respective fields. the exams conducted are based on the university pattern and are taken according to the assigned schedule smoothly.

we didn't get the internship from the college and also no stipend is provided for the internship which was paid one i.e in which we have to pay the company. and in terms of the project also we have to pay the company to ask them to give us the internship and project.

The college placements starts generally for the final year students and the process starts in June. min 10 to max 15 companies visited the campus every year and the number of students getting a place is 76% to 85%. companies visiting our campus include L&T infotech, Capgemini. Infosys, TCS, Worley and parson, etc. package varies between 3.5 LPA to 8.5 LPA. I have already placed in the company and planning to explore the corporate industry

The fees in the institute are mostly the same throughout the four-year course. for the students who are weak in terms of finances, they are provided student loans from the college in collaboration with the bank. along with the curriculum the college also provides us with the opportunity to explore the actual corporate culture and work ethics. also, the placements in the college are really nice.

college have mainly two fest one is technical and other is cultural known as ICARUS and are generally take place in February and March. along with the fest the college has various sports events for eg. cricket table tennis etc. college also have very good library along with the internet facility and computer for project work and other work-related things. the college also has various technical and nontechnical committees which conduct various workshops and as well as take part in national and international competitions we also have a student council and every year election is conducted to select the members of the committee for conducting various activities in the college
