Remarks

College is as good as I had expected. Management can be more improved.

Entrance Preview

I appeared for JEE Mains in 2015. I scored 94 marks in JEE. And my board score of 93% enabled my admission to VNIT. Chemical Engineering was what I liked.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

Course curriculum is quite good and has a good scope in research side. The electives are helpful considering the future and technology.

Internships Opportunities

I do not know much about the internship details. But yes companies like HUL, Godrej do come to the college and provide internships to students.

Placement Experience

4

Placements of my department are quite normal. Core jobs offered are less in number but good companies come and offer jobs and pre-placement offers to students. Many students get dream jobs.

College Events

5

Many evnts are held in my college. AXIS, our technical festival has around 30 events related to technology and management and many workshops on robotics, softwares, etc. AAROHI is our cultural festival which is a great platform for students all over the city. It has 20+ events. Besides there are other events like Institute Gathering, Department Gathering, Consortium, etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is feasible and includes the necessary expenses only.

Fees and Financial Aid

Many scholarships are provided. Do not know much of the details. But the details are available on the college website.

Campus Life

3.5

Campus life is awesome. There are more boys in college being an engineering college, but girls are good in number still. Students from all over the country and the NRI's are there. Events are all nice.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

I don't live in hostel but the facilities are good. Mess food is like mess food and eatable.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni network is strong and seniors and helpful.

Exam Structure

Exams are held once a month. Number of labs per semester change with the semester. Every lab is held once a week. Sometimes the schedule becomes hectic.

Faculty

3.5

Faculty is normal. Faculty is qualified and seems interested in teaching profession. Some of the faculties is too good and cares for the knowledge than marks.
