Remarks
Should provide an online mode of application for the admission process. Offline admission of 200 students in a single day is quite hactic, so I would suggest the authorities to provide students with an online application mode.
Course Curriculum Overview
MBBS and exams are like two partners who can't go on without each other. So, frequent exams are natural here, almost there is always an exam every month. 3 internal assessment, pre finals and finals each year. Class tests also. As the syllabus is big it is also hard to get good marks in these exams. But pass marks can be achievable with little efforts.
Internships Opportunities
I am currently in 2nd year MBBS. So I don't have any idea regarding the internship experience. But, as far as I know, here every undergrad have to do a mandatory internship of 365 days. According to some of our seniors internship schedule is quite hactic.
Placement Experience
In India I don't think any medical undergraduate ever feels any problem with his placement. The Doctor - patient ratio is indicator for the lack of Doctors in our society. So after completing the MBBS, one can easily get a job, govt. or private.
Fees and Financial Aid
As a govt. funding college, fees for MBBS course are low and well affordable by students from any financial background. Also they grant scholarships for students. Job security is also there with internship opportunities.
Campus Life
Mainly all the college and student related works are handled by Student Union. There are Definite members and groups inside the union body for different purposes like cultural activities, sports, social service etc.
Hostel Facilities
I was admitted to the hostel in my first year. Hostels are good with all facilities required along with a good environment for study. Comfortable rooms, both single and double with proper ventilation.
