IIIT Surat Engineering College is popular for its B.Tech flagship course. It is offering the program in two specialisations. Computer Science and Engineering is one of them that has worldwide value in the job industry.
Course Curriculum Overview
Computer Architecture and Organization, Electronics, Networking, JAVA programming and website design etc are included in the expanded file of the course. System software, Electronics circuit, Engineering Management and Economics etc subjects are shown in the syllabus.
Placement Experience
CSE highest salary is offered as Rs 34 LPA and the average salary is offered as Rs 9.18 LPA in 2020-2021 session. It's placement drive goes quite well in the session. The institute provides national importance through its placement drive.
Fee Structure And Facilities
For the 8 semesters the institute is taking Rs 67,500 as tuition fee. Extra Rs 1,000 is taken as admission fee in the first year. Total fee is Rs 5,65,000.
Fees and Financial Aid
Loksava Research Fellowship is given from the institute to the Ph.D students. Among other scholarships National Scholarship, Scholarships from the state like - Rajasthan, Uttarpradesh, Madhyapradesh, Gujarat, Bihar , Jharkhand etc are found here.
Campus Life
Infrastructures give the students modern educational vives. Canteen facility, wifi, Bank etc are like the greetings from the institute. Though it doesn't have its own campus, it is planned and started with initial mentoring by SVNIT.
Hostel Facilities
There is hostel in the campus itself and it's canteen and room facility are good. The fee is Rs 45k per year.
Admission
Admission in the program is based on JEE main score and counselling is conducted by JOSAA. General category cut off marks stand from 9199 to 18473.
Faculty
Faculty have enough responsibility to create attraction towards education among the students.
