When I was 12th standard in school I wanted to do some unique course which no one in my family has ever done so I was surfing threw internet and I found travel and tourism management I started researching about this course in depth. Even though I got 1072 marks I was selected in one of the top courses like B.com , BBA but i was firm about my career path.
Course Curriculum Overview
This course doesn't have many books as such only their books of author named AK BHATIA. The course structure is very simple you have to understand the lectures given by teachers. Their is a vast research options it depends upon the candidate interest.
Internships Opportunities
The college provides internship program in the 2nd year during summer holidays for 1 month. Students are given a letter to the company by the head of department students have to go to company of interest and give the letter students are not paid any stipend for internship certificate is given at the end of internship program.
Placement Experience
In college their is placement cell and many companies come for campus interviews. As for travel and tourism no companies come for placement. But once a student passed out from college one can easily get job in their field of interest. I got my first job once I completed my final year exams within a week I got placed in a very good company. Salary package can be 10,000 to 12000 per month.
College Events
Their are cultural events shristi mythiri. Apart from that every department holds various conferences. Their are department vice schedules. Their is a inter collegiate competitions in debate and other activities which is called historica. In tourism department their is a international conference held where lectures from different parts of world come and give talk shows which is very informative.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Morning college is aided it means it's government fees structure. For my course I paid over all 5,000 Rs for the all the three years as fees. Apart from that every semester fees is paid around 1200 Rs.

Their is a scholarship given every year for students around 1600 Rs once you join college they give a form you have to fill and submit it is for students whose parents income is less than 1,0000 per annum.
Campus Life
The campus life is really good their is no politics regarding race religion or any difference. Every one gets a chance according to their expertise.
Exam Structure
The same child good concept work while you work play while you play. If you understand the subject it is very easy to pass the exams and coming out with flying colours. If you plan and study it is very easy to achieve first class.
Faculty
The faculty of the department are well qualified most of the lectures are Phd holders. The lectures are very friendly they are qualified in their own expertise and they support students to flourish. They give extra efforts to students who are not good in studies.
