There are 16+ teachers who have completed their PHD and pursing PHD out of 50 staff only in commerce Department The faculty is Highly trained for their work.

There are many companies which offer internship to Kristu jayanti college, but the college concentrate more on the students who have applied for full time placements and then provide opportunities for students who have applied for internship. The roles offered by the companies are different depending on the requirements.

There are more than 100+ companies which comes for recruitment as this college has A+ grading from NAAC. The students are eligible for placements from 5th sem and apply for internships too. The highest offered package was Rs. 5,50,000 per annum from Deloitte this year(2021) and the lowest offered Rs.300000. The avarage of 8 students get recruited in a single company. As I have applied for higher studies I haven't applied for placements and have applied for internship.

The college provides scholarship to students who have a good academic achievement and are from poor background. The scholarship provided to the students of this background are fixed to 10000 and the college also announces when the govt release the date for application for govt.scholarships

There are many fests in the college happening from different departments and there are inter college fests one of the dance fest where many colleges across the nation participate is nritanjali. The library is full of books realated to each and every field and the UG students have access to 2 libraries and can borrow upto 2 books at a time. The college has maintained a basket ball court, Football field/Cricket field and volley ball court, where they select the players who have played for district or state level and make a good team to play against college tournaments The college also gives importance to NSS,CSA,NCC activities where it's being important for students to participate in any one of these and get 2 credits except the academics for passing the 4th semester, where students learn and have fun in thses activities. There are several more groups and committee where students can be a part of eg: Incubation center, entrepreneur cell, literature club, etc.
