It's the best college in the north for chemical engineering. The campus is inside Punjab University. And hence it's best. The campus size is 550 acres which are huge. Everything is available inside the campus. Library, wifi, cricket ground. Football ground lawn tennis etc. The rank required to enter this college is less than 90000 which is 90-91 percentile in jee mains. The faculty is also very good and helpful. In the end, everything depends on the student.

I chose chemical engineering because I love chemistry and maths, and want to do experiments. All the facilities are highly qualified and Ph.D. holders and are teaching for many years. The faculty/student ratio is 1/10 which is good. The exams held are regular Every semester has 2 types of exams. Midterm exams and end-term exams. The exams are quite easy to qualify for.

Companies that visit here are: Reliance, Exxon Mobil, Honeywell, loreal, India. Oil, Hershey's Cipla, Cadbury, etc. Huge opportunities for internship. And students willingness. The stipend is also given to the students, it depends upon the quality of work that the student is doing Generally, 20000-30000 is given not always.

92 % placement. Avg placement 7 lakhs. From 3rd year onwards in summer brakes, Student can apply for internship. And in 4th-year placement takes place i.e from the 7th semester. My plan is to crack GATE. And parallel to it studying for placements also.

Pay 1 lakh and your chemical engineering is completed. It's the cheapest I guess because it is a government college. Campus hostel charges 10000 per semester ie 80000 for 4 years. Some scholarships are given to children belonging to rural areas of Punjab only.

Many clubs are formed there where you can showcase your talent. Such as arts club, drama club, dance club, fitness club. Almost every type of book is available here in the library which you can issue for 12- 14 days. There is a separate gym on campus. For children's fitness. Many cultural fests takes place. When you will come you will get information about everything one by one. Come join us.

I bed and 1 almirah for each students are provided. In the hostel With 1 bathroom and toilet attached. No one can stay alone. There must be 2 Students in each hostel room. The mess food is the okay type.
