NSIT college review

The admission process is conducted by JAC Delhi. It considers the marks of jee mains for admission. We have to fill the form of JAC Delhi and there are 5 rounds of cutoffs and then we get the branch and college in which for which we are qualified.

Our course duration is of 4 years. Our faculty is very supportive in terms of studies. Most of the faculties have done their phd's from IIT's and other good institutes. There was 8 semesters and each semester has one mid-semester examination and one end-semester examination.

There are several companies that come for internships they also provide PPO to the students who are good at their work. For internship from 5th semester companies starts arriving , companies like Microsoft, adobe etc.

Our college provides a good amount of placement opportunities. Technical and non technical companies comes for the placement in our college. If someone is from mechanical related background they also have to prepare for Technical and non technical fields. From the 7th semester companies starts coming for the placement. 80% of the students get placement opportunities.

Fee hikes every year in the institute and there are no such scholarships but students who becomes topper of the batch get some scholarship from the institute itself and if some students are financially unstable they have a scholarship named as EWS for which we have to fill the form and if we are eligible we get the scholarship.

Life at the campus is very nice. Our seniors and faculties are very cooperative. Our college conducts two fests each year one is a tech-fest known as Resonance and Innovision and another is a cultural fest known as Moksha. Our library has each and every book we need like novels and books which are related to our specialization. There are several societies in our college Like BHR AND TEAM DEADALOUS for making bikes and cars , we have The Debating society and we have drama society Ashwamedh , cresscendo the music society and many more.

The hostel infrastructure is good but the people who take care of the hostel are not nice to the students. The hostel mess food is normal but you can't eat that every day you have to go out for eating the hostel charges are high somehow but it offers us safety so we can compensate with that and PG's are also available.
