The admission process is quite similar to as of other tier 3 colleges, i.e, by contacting directly to councillor/faculty member, avoid admission through seniors. Also can apply through jee counselling, after getting a scorecard of jee mains. they/college will contact you. admission process starts from April to August(recommended to have it in initial months). Reservation for OBC/SC/ST is there only for MP students itself. OBC: 28k per year. SC/ST: 60k+ per year.

Due to the high trend of computer science engineers and college councillors throwing light on industrial demands, so I opted for computer science their faculty to student ratio is like 1500+: 15000+. In the classroom, I observed a maximum of 70 students to be handled by one faculty. All the faculties are highly experienced and research scholars, so feel tension free about their skills/knowledge.

Placements provided by the college is not top-notch as NIT's IIT's since it is tier 3 college so the level of placements is also of level 3, basically, only service based companies are their major recruiters, almost all students from CSE get placed easily but for core branch, it is quite challenging there. Average salaries offered by companies there is like 4 LPA and highest is 15 LPA. Their profiles for selections are like system engineer/ assistant system engineer.

Fee structure and hostel fee are different or independent, tuition, training fees it's branch specific and for the hostel, it is handled by hostel authority, but common account department for both. If you have a good scorecard of jee then, you can have a tfw scheme i.e, 50% off on your yearly tuition fee. OBC SC/ST students will get the mp scholarship feature but it's only for MP students themselves.

College does its best but college makes their students ready for amcat by default, we all need to put our own efforts in hackathons and CC. The library is big and cool but with the old and risky status of 1st years books, it makes students have fine sometimes. Sports, gyms, yoga and swimming pool are just a showpiece to attract newbies. although with the help of seniors we can know all secrets of SISTec.

Good hostel facility provided by college hostel authority, the only thing you have to do is just not to mess up with seniors, and in this way, you will be in safe mode for always. After opting hostel once you cannot leave it without paying the complete fee, even you had spent a week there. For registration for a hostel just fill a hostel allotment form provided by your admission councillor or faculty and submit it to the same. It is recommended to take a room on rent in the locality.
