College Review

For the college IIITDM, JOSAA will be publishing the eligibility criteria on its official website. And this will be published according to the conclusion of JOSAA councelling by the authorities. The authorities will release courses offered and for each branch seperately.

Courses such as Electronic prototyping, PCB design, and manufacturing process are unique in my branch which attracted many students to branch change. Overall student to faculty ratio will be upto 10:1. The faculty was well experienced and knowledgeable in allied areas also. every detail about faculty including phone numbers their mail ids are easily accessible from the official website and they are very helpful, highly qualified. They practice the latest methods to teach students.3 exams were conducted for every semester including 2 quizzes and 1 end semester.

Internships and projects can be done either inside campus under faculty members or outside companies where one may have to apply on their official website. College sends every detail about oppurtunities like internships, placements via mail and we have to apply depending on our interest.

Students studying pre-final year are eligible for campus placements. We have seperate volunteers for placements who guide us for each round in getting a job.54 companies were visited last year and with the highest package of 55lakh/annum.

The fee is to be paid for every semester which costs nearly 97k depending on their caste, but most of its fee includes hostel facilities which costs upto 27k.College also provides an opportunity to apply for scholarship for which one may eligible like in the first year itself you may apply for high level scholarships like NSP,University scholarships etc

IIITDM provides book access not only in the library but also we can access books, research articles, papers through the digital library where we can read, download, etc. Clg also conducts various fests, inter IIITDM sports meet, competitions, hackathons.

IIITDM residential institute provides the best accomodation in hostel.1st,2nd yr students were provided with a room of 2 people while the others stay in single rooms. Each hostel room is provided with reading table, chair, cupboard seperately for each student.Dining hall is filled with mixture of North Indian and South Indian dishes.On a whole its worthwhile experience
