You have to qualify jee main to get to NIT Jalandhar. Admission is carried out through josaa online registration. Reservation is most beneficial for the SC/ST Candidates while least for Gen candidates and fine for OBC candidates. Document verification should be made online in a quick manner.

Highest package offered was 44 lakhs by Microsoft for a role of Software Development Engineer and lowest is of 5 lakhs. 55 percent of students got placed in 2020 nearly increase of 45 percent from last year and it goes on increasing and increasing. I am looking forward to crack gate exam with excellent score to get a job at PSU after finishing my degree.

Fee hikes are not regular and may take a while and the cost to study is effective as because for low-income as well as high-income families. I haven't but some of my friends have been benefited from the loan policy.

Annual fest - Utkansh happens at the start of March and Tech feat- Techniti at November start. Institute have a vast and resourceful library. Classrooms are fine but some of them lack proper AC system. Sports such as basketball, Cricket, football and sports for inter college competition happen regularly.There are two dance clubs , two acting clubs ,a singing club ,etc. Rajbhasha samiti runned by fellow seniors and alumnis focus on Hindi poetry and shayaris.

They provide you with a fan, a bended a table chair with 3 roommates for the first year which get reduced to two in further years. Food is dissent. The menu changes every day and once per month. Registration is done while appearing at the institute.
