Remarks
I got addmission in swami shraddhanand college of DU by cut-off basis. I got 80.5 percentage in my 12th board exam. There is also reservation in this college. Currently I'm doing BSC. PHYSICAL SCIENCE from this college. Addmission process is very simple you have to fill addmission form from DU addmission portal in which college you want to take addmission and then you have to submit that form in the particular college. After that, they verify your marks, and then if you are eligible you got addmission to the college.
Course Curriculum Overview
This course is quite good actually. You can do master's in physics chemistry or maths whichever you like after you complete your graduation. The faculty of this college is fine. The student crowd is not so good in this college most students are from the Haryana side. Some teachers are very good in teaching they clear all your doubts. Exams are held timely. And it is not so difficult to pass in this exam. You have to study atleast 2-3 hours daily before 1 month of your exam.
Internships Opportunities
Companies like reliance jio , Infosys etc give internships and the roles offered by this companies like marketing, calling etc. Project is that you have make customers for these companies. And some companies also offers technical work.
Placement Experience
From the 5th semester students becomes eligible for campus placement. Some of the good companies offers placement in our college like- reliance jio etc. But they take very few students with them. Highest package is like 5 to 6 lac. And the average is like 2 to 2.5 lac. Percentage of students got placed is quite low i.e around 20 to 25%. I'm planned to do master's degree after completing my graduation.
Fees and Financial Aid
Different courses have different fee structures. But for my course (Bsc physical science) it's 11710rs only. If you come from the economically backward section you can apply for a scholarship. Your fee will be detected. And in the last year of your graduation, you can apply for an internship at this college.
Campus Life
Campus infrastructure is not that good, to be honest. And crowd of students are also not good. But they annually organise the annual fest and diwali mela in this college. Library is like OK OK. Classroom infrastructure is also not good. They conducted sports tournament in every year. There are some societies like- commia, ssncian etc of this college which are run by students of this college.
