Remarks
No addmission exam was required, you can visit the website of MCM DAV Chandigarh, connect through Mail or can simply register there for addmission. Addmission needs to be in online+offline mode. The addmission process shall not be burdened over teaching staff, it is a responsibility of non teaching staff.
Course Curriculum Overview
I belong from a Commerce background, thus I opted for BCom, There are about 50-70 students in a class(completely depends on your subjects). Teachers are highly qualified most of them are PHD HOLDERS. There are End term examinations taken by Panjab University itself, only mid semester exams are taken by the college. They are generally of medium difficulty level. It's easy to pass in. They carry 10 marks of your internal Assessment, so I suggest you go well prepared for it.
Internships Opportunities
A number of opportunities are offered all around the year for students of all the streams. Whether it be BCOM, MCOM or any other equivalent degree. Dr Mamta Ratti ma'am is there the head of the placement cell, the helps students to get placement with a number of top companies
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees for my course, BCOM is approximately 70,000+ Examination fees and others. This is an affordable fee according to me. Plus, if you are needy or intelligent you might get a scholarship from the college of 3000 per anum, I know it's a very little amount. But still, we can just work our best and get more scholarships outside the campus.
Campus Life
Campus Life is quite cool, the library is my favourite :), annually Meraki is held in college, Diwali fest is there, a number of other activities are also there. Competition success, fitness magazines, almost all journals are there. The classroom is having small single student benches. A number of clubs such as Rotaract, Dance club, etc are there
