Remarks

The course is eligible for all kinds of students who have studied PCM in the 11th and 12th classes. The application form can be found on their official VIT website, The application fee is around 2500, and the application dates released is in Nov for the Covid pandemic duration. There are no reservations provided by the college. In the admission process, I don't think there is any need for improvement.

This course had my keen interest in it. Faculty and students rato\io is pretty nice in here. There are many professors who have the degree of Ph.D. and their teaching method is very good. The term exams are almost every month and a half.

Internships Opportunities

The name of companies were like Microsoft, Ford, Paypal, etc and I don't know about roles offered by them. I didn't complete any kind of project in any of the companies as I am a 1st-year student who didn't sit for internships or placements.

Placement Experience

Students are eligible from the start of the 7th semester. Companies like Optum, Samsung, Ford visited and no of offers made by them is around 8. The highest package givens 40 lakhs rupees and the average are 14 lakhs. The percentage of students getting placements are 90%. I don't have any plans after the degree right now.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees policy is here is pretty simple to understand ad the cost to study depends on how well you performed in their VITEEE exam. They don't provide any specific scholarship, financial assistance were provided for those who try to open a brand new company.

Campus Life

The annual fest is named Riveria and the month in which conducted is Feb or March. Almost every book is available in the library. Amenities in classrooms are pretty good. Sports aren't compulsory to play here. Social groups like music, dance, tracking, etc are available here.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

Placement Experience:

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

Placement Experience:

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

because of future is EV. So I will take the EEE for a bright future 50:1 ratio level. Faculty qualification is a minimum PG and most of the faculties are complete Ph.D. each unit has a unit test it is very easy only No difficulty to get a pass.

Balanced Engineering Journey At Vit Chennai

I applied for SRM, once considered admission in LPU but finally chose VIT due it's reputation and strong placements. Other colleges which I applied for required strong jee scores for admission. Is VIT worth it

From th start of the 12th class I wanted IIT and my second option was VIT over NITs because it has very good facilities. I didn't get good marks in my JEE advance so I choose VIT. I had given exams of various other colleges like Kalinga Insititute of technology(KIT), SRM, BITSAT etc. i chose VIT as my college was because it is one of the most renowned colleges of India. VIT has a tag value of its own and it does make a difference if you add "VIT" as your college in your resume. The admission process of this college goes by giving an examination called VITEEE which is held after jee mains. The syllabus for the same is similar to jee mains and the good thing is it has no negative marking. All 12th pass students with a minimum of 60% are eligible to write this entrance test.
