Remarks
I had to pay Rs.2000 while submitting my application fee online through the MNIT's official website. With my 60% in bachelor's degree, I was also required to submit my CAT scores. I had around 70% in the CAT exam. I didn't have to go through any GD or PI round. I made my decision of applying here after evaluating the overall ranking of MNIT and the affordability of its MBA program.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum of my program assisted us in gaining skills and information that allowed us to exhibit our competence to work as capable management professionals. Here, we were able to shape ourselves into future leaders capable of addressing the problems of today's global business world. Most significantly, I learned to be attentive to societal evolution and to look for chances for advancement on a global scale.
Placement Experience
My university had a training and placement cell, especially for the MBA department. They had contacts with top recruiters like Coca-Cola, Swiggy, Oyo, Byju's, Extramarks, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, India bulls, Make my Trip, Kotak Mahindra Aditya Birla Group, etc. During my placement drive of 2021, about 90% of my batch was able to receive job offers with an average CTC of 4-7 lakhs.
Fees and Financial Aid
I had to pay a total of 3.8 lakhs for the two-year program, which was split into two installments. Hostel and mess fees were not included in the total price and had to be paid separately each term. I'm not familiar with scholarships because I didn't apply for any.
Campus Life
My institute offered well-equipped lecture and seminar rooms with cutting-edge technology, creating a pleasant environment in which students could sharpen their business acumen through presentations and seminars. We also had the use of two mini-auditoriums to hold lectures, seminars, and paper presentations. Aside from that, the Computer Centre assisted our institute in harnessing technology's position as a crucial facilitator in all of its activities.
