Remarks

The admission process was very easy as there was no online application have to fill it was just you had to submit the documents to the college itself. but now the admission is somewhat difficult because of the online and offline process, students get confused. The application form you can get from the college itself. The college has reservation benefits for Marwari Quota. Marwari Quota students get admission easily because of reservations. As compared to other colleges admission process is easy.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

I choose BCOM because I was having an interest in Accounting and I have to learn accounts more and wanted to get in depth knowledge. The faculty of the college is very supportive and ready to help anytime. The faculty of the college was very knowledgeable as they were experts in their subject. And the teaching way was great making students understand in a very easy way. There are 2 semesters in a year, and the exam is not very difficult if you have understood the concepts. It is easy to clear exams easily.

Internships Opportunities

2.5

Companies like Flipkart and many more and offer roles under the internship are as Accountant, Junior executive, etc. There are industrial visits through the college by which students get to gain knowledge regarding various concepts and many more.

Placement Experience

2.5

After 4th semester students are eligible for the campus placements. The package depends on per company and the skills in the students capable of doing his/her job. 40% of students get placements. After getting the degree my plan was to be an Accountant. So you can also pursue B.COM as teaching staff is also good.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure is very affordable for each and every student. After Corona as somewhere fees structure have got affected, which you can get the update through the college itself. The campus provides various opportunities for placement but due to corona it is getting difficult for colleges to place the students and to provide them with various options but they try their best.

Campus Life

3

MAUJ fest is conducted annually in the college. Students can participate in different competitions during the fest. The classroom is very big and have a lot of space. There are various extracurricular activities held in the college. many social groups of tree plantation, cleanliness are run by the students themselves.

Placement Experience:

At TCSC placements are quite good as anyone. Even the SOBO colleges and Mithibai don't have placements as good as us. So this is why I always dreamt of studying here because since last 6-7 years, Thakur College placements have gone better and higher.

The good thing is that the college was not strict and was never forcing us to study rather it was seeing to it that it gave us proper advice and help us reach more towards my career goal. The bad part would be there were may staff which was very dull and was not kind, and no importance was given to correct their behaviour although it was evident by all.
