I have completed my MBA from IIT Roorkee in 2019 and I can say that those times were one of the best parts of my life and the learning that I got from college still helps me a lot. In 2020 the institute was ranked 12 for its MBA program by NIRF. For admission to IIT Roorkee for the MBA program, you need to qualify for CAT and graduate from any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/Physically Disabled students) followed by GD/PI round. The cut off list of IIT-Roorkee goes up to 94%.

IIT Roorkee is famous for its curriculum standards. The curriculum for MBA is designed according to the latest industrial development. The classrooms are very spacious and equipped with all modern facilities. The curriculum is designed to develop your managerial skill and the case studies help you to understand the importance of decision making in the corporate world.

You don't have to worry about your internship program as many companies visit the campus during the internship drive. I was lucky enough to get selected for the KPMG internship program and I received the stipend of Rs 28000 for 5 weeks internship program.

We all know that IIT Roorkee is a popular brand in the field of education. The placement status of the college definitely lives up to the expectation of every student. Most of my batchmates received pre-placement during their internship program. Companies like HCL, Wipro, Airtel, KPMG, visited our campus around 65 companies visited our campus during the placement drive. The highest package was 18.95 LPA and the lowest was 10.66 LPA and I was able to get a decent package of 13.50 LPA.

Being a part of such a prestigious college is an honour for students. The college library is equipped with the best educational content and almost every author book is available. Events like Regalia, Cognizance, Sangharsh, and Thomso are also organised by the institute every year.

The institute takes the best care of the student in the hostel. The food of the mess is very tasty but at the same time healthy too. The hostel is equipped with all the modern facilities, rooms are very spacious and ventilated and 24*7 high-speed WiFi connectivity works as the cherry on the cake.

The faculty is one of the best parts of the college. The faculty not only prepare students for their academics, but also help students student in extra-curriculum activities. The faculty of the college focus on the overall development of students.
