Remarks

I gave CAT and cleared the minimum required percentile in individual section i.e, 50,50,50 and then I got calls for the common admission process for New IIMs in which I had to fill a detailed profile form and the I gave an interview and then I was allotted IIM kashipur

The course curriculum is very well designed and is very much in sync with the demands of the industry. The course is updated every year to keep it abreast. The professors are also very equipped to get the best out of the students

The kind of internship opportunities that the students are getting here in IIM kashipur is always improving. Each year newer and better opportunities are coming and the list is of companies is getting better every year.

There is a placement committee to look after the placements of the students. The committee is solely responsible for contacting HRs and bringing as many opportunities as possible for the students of IIM kashipur so that they do not have to bother about the placements after their MBA journey. This committee is handled by students and guided by Placement officer

The fees structure is very much competitive according to the facilities we are provided with. The campus is lush green and well equipped with all the modern facilities. IIM kashipur also provides adequate live project opportunities which helps to get corporate exposure and also earn stipends. It also offers plethora of scholarship opportunities for economically weaker students

Campus Life

There are more than 40 student bodies that help the administration run the campus. These bodies include clubs, committees, cells. Some of the interest clubs are clubs Xtatic, Reverb, Parwaaz, Literary. These clubs work in tandem with different committees and host different competitions to engage the students with activities full of fun

The hostels are lavish with rooms well equipped with radiant cooling and heating to tackle summers and winter and make the life of students comfortable and cozy. The hostel facilities also have a microwave, washing machine, Fridge, RO to full the necessities of the students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum was very good. The specialization which I chose was a very new concept and this university provides that particular specialization. The teaching methods were also very good with experienced teachers and weekly presentations also with different assignments.

Uttaranchal University is a gemstone!!

Placement Experience:

In digital marketing nearly 90% it the students are placed in top startup companies like the Boat, Minimalist and all who needs digital presence to sell their products. Jobs offered are of 50-80k a month and for MBA freshers this is a kind package.

Campus life

Placement Experience:

For masters student student from 3rd semester are eligible for the campus placement. For bachelor students from 6-7 semester students are eligible for the campus placement. Federal bank, taj hotel, Techmutant software solutions, cradlewise, patanjali, etc. many more companies are there which visit the campus. There is 60-70% criteria for students to get the placement as 60% are the eligibility criteria for many companies and some companies have 70% eligibility criteria for the placement. Our university has 85% placement in dehradun region as compared to other universities. My plans are taking a good job and work hard to become independent.

Placement Experience:

The placement rate is around 90%. Students become eligible for campus placements from the start of 3rd semester, although you can get in earlier through summer internship and ppos. Overall average package is around 8 lakh. Top 15% students get 14-17 lakh. Highest package for this year was 33 lakh. Many top companies like Amazon, Adani, EY, PwC, KPMG, Accenture, Adobe, Microsoft, Infosys, BlueDart, Dell, Deloitte, Genpact and more come to the campus. I aim on getting into big 4 consulting firms.

i think from 3 rd semsester students are eligble for campus placements iam from 1 sem thats why i didnt eligble for that higest is like 20 lakhs and lowest is 3 lakhs per anam they show 90 percent but actually only 10 percent of students get placed i am planning to get a job ncr

Insights of the college through student eye

Placement Experience:

At the end of end semesters college started to get internship and their are a number of them of every type. Students should choose it of any kind. For placement companies started to come in collage in 3rd semesters and one should apply for placement. Till now many companies were there including 99acers, Arvind fasion, Wipro, Google and so on.

The IIM of the North

I found the admission process easier (Level Medium on Difficulty scale). The process started with the CAT application form, then the CAT exam, followed by a call letter for an Interview and then the selection email. ALL ABOUT IIM KASHIPUR

No, specifically I haven't received any counselling related to IIM Kashipur or other IIM institutes. But the first advantage I saw was there were a lot of industries visit the IIM Kashipur campus. IIM Kashipur is known for the big industry setup out fair. So you get a chance to explore those and the campus is a plus part.
