I got this college this college in second round. I love CSE that is why i choose this college. I choose this college because of NIT Hamirpur. At that time, the permanent campus of iiit has not been built, so our classes are carried out in nit hamirpur. Campus- The campus of nit hamirpur is the best part of the college, you get such a good environment, fresh air, nice infrastructure. Iiit una has only two branches, cse and ece.
Course Curriculum Overview
It is common knowledge that industry exposure holds a lot of value for a student who is pursuing a professional degree as it gives him or her an insight regarding internal working of companies. Hence, the summer Internships are mandatory for all graduates and post-graduate students at UPES. The minimum duration of summer internships is six weeks which can be extended up to a maximum of eight weeks. With an aim to go beyond academics, these internships provide students a practical perspective on the world of work.

Recently done 6 months internship at QWIKSTUDIOS worked as a Web Developer.Worked on QwikBanners product and developed multiple modules.
Placement Experience
Approximately half student who is eligible for placements in 2020 got placed. The average salary package offered in our college is around 4 lpa -7 lpa . If you are an academically good student of CS and IT branch, then you get a decent salary package. One of our seniors in the sixth semester got an internship with a stipend of 1 lac per month for 12 weeks.
Fee Structure And Facilities
At that time scholarship is not available but now i think its available. Because scholarships are free money, however, students can focus on their careers instead of thinking about how they will repay loans. By removing financial barriers, scholarships make education and career goals easier to obtain.
Campus Life
Campus: If someone is not concerned about placements then atleast u think about ur campus life. At my time now IIIT Una doesnt have a campus of its own, yeah their building is under construction and it will be completed by never. So basically we stay at nit hamirpur campus. The best thing u gonna have in ur hostel room is a bed that too without a mattress and if u r lucky then maybe u will get 2 charging points also. And yes there is no roaming in campus after 10 pm. there is canteen, cafeteria and shops.

No, Most of the engineering institutes require dose not require Group Discussion. However, you need to have a good merit list to get admission in any engineering college.
