Remarks
The eligibility of doing BBA is at least having 70% in intermediate with whichever the stream was. If in case percentage is less than 70 student have to give entrance exam conducted by CSJM University. After passing the entrance exam student simply have to go through the further process of filling admission forms with details and documents whichever it may need.
Course Curriculum Overview
I did this course because I had interest in management and wanted to learn about business and management. This 3 year course is divided into 6 semesters. In 1st semester there are basic subjects which a student should know to understand what's management and learn about basic concepts or the core of management. Faculties are kind of strict and that's why there is high discipline and everyone have to follow the decorum of the college (more strict version of school). Faculties are very highly educated and they always share their knowledge to the fullest. Exams were quite mid level I can say neither tough nor easy. So that everyone can qualify and pass in exams
Internships Opportunities
In the 1st semester there were the internship of Big Bazaar for 3 days and it was unpaid and In 4th semester Redmill also gave the opportunity for the internship where we learned about cold calling , how to talk with customers and many other things. Internship provided by Redmill the task was to sell the packages to the people via cold calling and messages. There were many learnings from it it'll help in future.
Placement Experience
When student enters in 5th semester then they are eligible and in most cases in 5th semester campus placement started and there are placements opportunities every 2 week and sometimes 2-3 companies a day. The average package of companies are around 2.5 - 3 lakhs per annum for the relationship officer. Some companies clearly mentions that below 55-60% person is not eligible for the campus placement and some don't have any criteria for the placement there are direct interviews or gd round also. I'll go for MBA after completing this course as it's important to be Masters after graduating.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are 6 semesters and each semester fees is about 21500, Yearly it's 43000. There is no hike in fees till now. Not so expensive worth as per the study and environment. There are scholarship from big bazaar which was unpaid but students got certificate and experience. Another company Redmill with the stipend of 2.5k monthly and many others which gave us chance to learn things.
Campus Life
There is cultural event name Srijan which is conducted around October of every year in which there are multiple competitions , shows, dance, singing etc . In libraries there are various business magazines, newspapers and academic books also and very disciplined behaviour need to be followed. Talking about infrastructure it's very average nothing special and campus is so small that no one can wander here and there needlessly so it's good thing also proper space of parking also. There is also a social group named ABHIVYAKTI which helps society to teach them or plantation of trees some other deeds.
