College is good, quite famous in the state with equal number of good facilities. They can introduce some more innovative projects or courses.
Entrance Preview
Gujarat common entrance test (GCET). I scored 99.8 percentile in the examination. The college is well known for MBA course and that inspired me to take up the course.
Course Curriculum Overview
Excellent, through the curriculum was designed by Gujarat University, institute took lot of initiatives to make it more interesting and industry friendly.
Internships Opportunities
That made my career the internship was in Gujarat's top most IT/PES company eInfochips; after completing 2 months internship I got part time job offer and then full time from the same company.
Placement Experience
The year on which I passed was recession but still few companies like ICICI visited the campus. Overall placement is good but for that particular year it was not up to the mark. Still I managed to get job.
College Events
Various days, annual cultural festival, sports events, SAPTAK - Gujarat's biggest traditional music festival for a week, Navratri celebrations are celebrated in the institute.
Fee Structure And Facilities
It used to be 47000 semi-annually which was bit on higher side but less on private institutes of that time. Can be some scholarship programme which could have helped students.
Fees and Financial Aid
No, again this could be positive stuff no scholarship however students can avail loan from bank but not from institute.
Campus Life
Its right mix all theory classes are equally supported with project work in which students are suppose to go in field and carry the project. This is the best part of the institute. Also there is no discrimination on any basis.
Hostel Facilities
Well hostel was biggest drawback, we didn't have hostel facility; there were few accommodations possible for girls within campus but not for boys. However students didn't face problem as its in middle of city n has lot of PGs available in vicinity.
Alumni/Alumna
During that time the alumni network was not that strong but today the institute has one of the best alumni network of the city. There are regular events also organized for them.
Exam Structure
Final exams (semester exams) were conducted by the university but institute had its own internal examination structure through which students get habitual of final exams.
Faculty
Faculty has good mix of young as well as experienced people. Young faculties are just young from the age but their subject knowledge is very good and experienced people play role of mentors.
