Eligibility - 10, +2 pass The Admission process is held through online mode. Application Form may cost INR 250. Application is available on the website after board exam results are announced (for UG Applicants) and for PG students it opens up after the month of March. Fill up the Application form available on the official website(srcollege.edu.in). After the acceptance of the application form, the fees portal will open for Applicants.

The reason for choosing chemistry as my course subject is My Interest and Curiosity On Chemical Matters. By knowing chemistry we can apply it in vast fields and make our lives better. The faculty-student ratio is good. Our staff have completed upto M.phil., Ph.D., PGDCA, PDGBI. The teaching of our faculties are excellent, especially lab coaching is very technical and skillful. The Labs are well ventilated with all safety Measures. It is enriched with Tremendous Modern equipment and Chemical Substances. Sufficient needs are available at our labs to carry out RESEARCH WORKS. Our chemistry department offers B.Sc., M.Sc., M. Phil., and Ph.D. courses.

College encourages students to participate in the Internships like Summer fellowship conducted by IISC, Bengaluru. And students also get internships to Nuclear Atomic stations; JNU Delhi etc. with stipend. Many Major and Minor projects have been done by our Chemistry department.

After completing 5 th semester , Students can participate in the campus interview. Our college also gives coaching for competitive exams and placement training. The name of the companies visited our colleges are wipro , many schools around Tamil Nadu .

Fees are collected on basis of the semester (i.e. Two semesters per year). Fees hike are not as much, it might slightly increase five years once. Scholarships given by our TN Governments are provided for all-year students. Jobs we get on our campus with stipends might include lab technicians etc.

Every year we celebrate sports day and culture between August and November months. (It was an interdepartmental fest) And Ms. SRC was the crowning event in the culture. There is a common library named Saraswathi Mehta Hall which includes nearly all our necessary books, journals, Books for competitive exams, question banks, etc. In addition, we have separate departmental libraries. Sports students are trained by Coaches and they've participated in international competitions. NCC, YRC, NSS clubs, and the student union association are there.

Hostel fees are affordable. The food provided was good (only vegetarian). The hostel Registration process is also included in the admission process, you need to select the option HOSTEL in the application form and complete the procedure. The hostel rooms are well ventilated. Each room has one Light and fan with a regulator. Restrooms and Bathrooms are maintained well. Hostel Wardens are friendly.

There might be a simple interview which includes the general questions about your course subject. For this interview, you can prepare from the 10th,+1, and +2 syllabus. No Group discussion will be held during the admission process.
