MY SRC MY PRIDE

After completing my higher secondary education. I liked to join Seetha Lakshmi Ramaswami college so I went there and got the application form. There was no entrance exam for admission it was done based on marks obtained in the 12th class. 60% above are eligible for admission. The application costs 200 only I got my application form in the office room. Then I got my admission and paid the course fees. It is a simple process personally I don't find any difficulties in the admission process.

I had selected this course because I am very much interested in zoology. My passion is to travel to many countries to explore flora and fauna. Wonderful teaching and we can ask doubts to the faculties they will explain us in a simpler form. Which we can easily understand. This teaching is alone is enough to score the best marks in exams that level our faculties teach. The quality of teaching is very good and faculties treat us in a friendly manner. There are 2 semester exams per year with 6 month gap. It's very easy to score marks because of the effective teaching taught by our faculties.

There are many internships are there which is available in both online and offline mode. Students are encouraged to take part in internships to boost their knowledge and skills. The internships are conducted with highly reputed institutions though we can gain knowledge easily. There are many projects done by our students.

At the end of the final year that is from 6th semester students are eligible for campus placements. There are many companies visiting our college for placement interviews like Wipro, TCS etc. Students should secure a maximum of 80% to get a job through placement. After getting my degree I planned to continue my higher studies to become a professor.

The course fee is 8000 per semester and it's affordable. They are providing many scholarships private as well as government like community scholarship, single girl child scholarship, farmer scholarship etc. We can apply it and avail it. The scholarship amount is credited to the bank account of the students.

The entire campus is filled with trees which provides fresh air and a green environment. It's clean and neat. My college has a massive open air theatre and closed auditorium too. Big playground, water and sanitation facilities, solar panels are there. There is a big library in which thousands of books are there to enrich our student's knowledge. Our classroom is big and spacious and it's attached to a smartboard. The students are involved in many extracurricular activities like NSS, NCC, YRC and sports. Every year college union inauguration and cultures will be conducted. We used to participate in that with happiness. Clubs include save the green club, student union, student discipline committee etc are the best platform for the students to exhibit their talents.
