Remarks
The admission process was very simple. There are two rounds PI and GD. First, there is PI followed by GD round, and after you clear both the rounds you will get admission. And you also need to have a scorecard of any entrance exam cat, mat, mat, etc.
Course Curriculum Overview
To be honest the course curriculum is ok just like any either college. Very little emphasis on practical learning out of 1000, 80 marks are directly your written theory paper. The student-faculty ratio is good. There are quite a few great faculty at Jim's. The exam is not very easy and not very difficult to clear.
Internships Opportunities
College offers good internship opportunities. Companies like CBRE and some banking companies offer interns under them. But with a low stipend. there is some startup also like farm stories, UAS which offer an intern.
Placement Experience
From the 4th semester, students become eligible for campus placement. The college provides placement to 90% of students. Most of our seniors are placed in Deloitte, Asian paints, icici, CBRE, etc. With the highest package of around 5 - 8.5 lac.
Fees and Financial Aid
The only great point about Jim's is they provide the best scholarship. They provide good internship opportunities. The total fee of Jim's is 8lac and they offer the placement with an average package of 6-7 lac.
Campus Life
Campus Life is very good. there are lots of clubs in the college. The college conducts lots of events and extracurricular activities in or outside the college. The social handle of all the clubs is handled by the students.
Interview Experience
GD rounds were very easy. And the questions they ask are very simple. Like the difference between MBA and PGDM, why you want to pursue PGDM, and in what specialization you want to do PGDM .etc. for the interview rounds, you need to know about recent current affairs.
