Admission in BSc.(Hons) Chemistry is merit-based (Class 12th %) in Miranda House and other Delhi University colleges. It depends on the cut-offs released by the different colleges. Basic eligibility is 10+2 in Science in with chemistry with a min 45%. All the information regarding the admission process, application form, registration process, is available on the Delhi university official website. Scholarships, reduced course fees are there in reservation benefits.

Faculty members are highly qualified and very experienced. They have done their PhDs from prestigious institutes in their relevant subjects. Also, they are very polite and humble, a student can easily connect with them. They have the good subject knowledge, you get to learn so many things apart from your subject also. College follows the guidelines of the University of Delhi. Semester exams are average, not very easy not very tough, one can easily pass if studied well.

Approximately 15k-20k is the fee that you've to submit per year for Chemistry. College offers scholarships both on basis of academic merit and for economically weaker backgrounds. So anyone can avail themselves by meeting the eligibility criteria. All the info is available on the college website or Delhi university website also one can ask in the college admin office. I don't have much idea about the placements provided for my course since most of the students from my batch opted for higher studies or competitive exam preparation. But there's a placement cell in our college that provides various internships and job opportunities.

The campus environment is truly amazing and safe. There's a lot of fun events, competitions, sports activities that keep going on throughout the year. Basketball court, badminton, tennis court, all gym facilities are available. You can be a part of various societies like Tanz( The western dance society) Rasayanika(the Chemical society), Mridang, Art and music society. 'Tempest' is the annual fest held every year in the month of Jan-Feb, with a lot of fun and enlightenment. DJ night, performances are there. Miranda House is best known for its amazing infrastructure, the hostel is itself a beauty.
