Good college for Technical Knowledge

The admission process of the college is basically through the West Bengal joint entrance examination or direct admission. After the WBJEE exam needs to go through the counseling process. If the rank is between 30000 can take admission.

College overall education process is good. Good teachers teach students. Faculty members minimum qualification is m-tech. Some PhD holders are present in every department. The environment is student-friendly. They always provide special classes for weak students. Every time they are ready to help students. They give special classes before exams. Teacher-student ratio is 6:1 . I have interest in machines, motors from my childhood that's why I have chosen the mechanical department. There are 4 internal exams during one semester. If students follow teachers' guides carefully they can easily pass even they can score well. During semester exam there is an external invigilator and CCTV is installed in every exam hall.

There are some internships offered by College and some by marketing companies where the stipend is also paid by the company where stipend 8000. Some company provide unpaid work which is social work some company also provide internship offer to roll job.

College provides moderate placement. There is a lot of marketing companies like byjus, extra marks, Vedantu etc. Companies for mechanical students are pinnacle infotech, syam steal, and verius companies. CSE departments placement is excellent. 75% of students are placed through campus drive. Mechanical students get moderate placement. From the 5th semester, students become eligible for placement. My plan is to prepare myself for get exam.

Economically week students get various scholarships like svmcm, national, scholarships. Backward students can apply for oasis scholarship and oykashree scholarship. The fee Structure is 72000 per semester. It can vary from 2nd year.

Campus Life is very good. College provides a common room, volleyball ground. Badminton ground etc. Students can enjoy indoor games also. Table tennis, chase etc. College provides the library with a good collection of books. Every year there is a freshers party, teachers day celebration, engineer's day celebration. At the last of every year tech fest and cultural fest are held. Many extra-curriculum also there like photography competitions technical competitions like Robo making. Overall it's a enjoyable life.

Students can stay in a hostel and that student have to register during admission. And have to pay hostel fees with semester fees. Hostel food is good at a moderate price. Student can stay in PG also there is a lot of PGs for the student. Low price pg with food is also there.
