Remarks

There is an entrance exam same as the CET and JEE MAIN syllabus, and also few questions of English are also given in the exam. All questions are MCQs and there is no negative marking. Online applications when opened will be notified through ads. You can choose your slot. Results will be announced mostly 20 days after the exam. And there will be two rounds of counselling. Most of the people take their admission in the first round. For people who don't want to take seats after the first round, those seats will be given to people who would like to get admission in the second round. The fee would be the same for both rounds I guess. Payment is usually done during the counselling itself. And other important documents like study certificates and grade cards would be submitted later.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

I took computer science. I got many reviews about the benefits of taking computer science, that it's an interesting course and there's a lot of opportunities getting into tech industries. There is a good review that our college has a good curriculum. The class strength would be around 60-70. The female to male ratio would be around 25:55. This is the ratio in most of the branches and sometimes it might be very less also. Now, coming to the faculty, most of the teachers are highly qualified with PhD or other higher degrees. The teaching method is also good. Most of the teachers follow slides instructed by the chairperson. Now coming to the exams, internal exams are conducted twice a semester. First, one is conducted 1 month or more after the new semester begins. In the end, end semester exams are conducted, which are difficult by the way.

Internships Opportunities

4

Right now I'm attending placement exams conducted. I'm still trying to attempt exams. Many companies came and conducted exams, took interviews. Many people got placed after the companies started hiring.

Placement Experience

4.5

Placements are good in the college. Students from semester 5 are eligible to write placement exams conducted by the college. On writing on those exams, people get selected for internships with stipends depending on the company you get into, then you get full time if you're interested to continue. Around 90% of the students get placed. Some people choose higher studies, preparing for exams after getting into semester 5. Many internships start after 3rd year. Many People start getting placed from starting of the 7th semester. My plans are to focus on placements and might focus on exams later.

Fees and Financial Aid

The annual fee of the college is 3,20,000 when I got into the college. Every year, they are increasing college fees by 10,000. This is for the people who get admission Through PESSAT, the university entrance exam. And the fees is the same for all the branches. Many scholarships are awarded depending on the academic marks and other criteria like reservations

Campus Life

4

The college campus is not so big, but the infrastructure is good. The campus has many numbers of classes for holding huge strength, but coming to a whole college campus, it is small for a huge crowd for other activities. Now coming to the facilities provided by the college, labs are available but are less in number. The library is available which is big and most of the books, research journals, novels are also available. The study area is also big and the infrastructure is very good. Extra activities like encouraging art, there are many clubs like fashion club, dance club, music club, poetry, research, entrepreneurship, literature, social service and many. Many tech clubs are there in college. Most of those clubs are run by students only. Sports tournaments are also conducted. Students are encouraged to participate in as many clubs as they are interested in.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

The college provides hostel facilities. Girls hostel is an outside campus, boys campus is inside the hostel. Food is good most of the time provided by hostel mess which is in college. Outside college, it's not that good. After taking admission, people can register for hostels. The annual fee is 1,00,000. You get 3-4 people in a hostel room of your choice.
