Remarks

It was totally a hassle-free admission. I took a direct admission. There officials helped me get into contact as soon as I applied for the application. The place is very appropriate for studying environment. Student should be just +2 pass out there is no other requirements for admission

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because the University is well known to specialise in this course. The faculty handling the subjects are very good. There is a ratio of 20:1 for student:faculty. The faculties are well qualified and helping with friendly teaching methods. Exams are held time to time ro keep a check on the progress of students.

Internships Opportunities

Companies like wipro,tcs, Infosys, Deloitte come with internship opportunities with/without a stipend but surely with a lot of knowledge to grab. Many companies come with internship stipend of 3 to 5k. Our faculty ensures that by the end of every semester we get our projects done to earn a new skill set for our upcoming journey.

Placement Experience

As I am in my 2nd year I haven't got any job offers yet. But knowing about our seniors there is a high placement Percentage like many of them are placed in big companies with some handsome package. After getting my degree done I guess I can get a very good job from here for my upcoming future.

Fees and Financial Aid

Considering it to be a private University the course fees are not very high and kinda affordable compared to other private institutions adding to this there scholarship given from time to time-based on the criteria students can avail them of.

Campus Life

Tech fest is our annual fest which is conducted somewhere between January to February. It includes everything starting from cultural dance sports,etc. The library here is filled with all the required books to let you succeed. Classrooms are well maintained and equipped with necessary resources. Our campus has many sports facilities starting from badminton, basketball, football, Cricket along with a swimming pool. There are many social groups like the SARS club enrolling the students interested in robotics and many other like PDCS , Android and Iot club,etc.

Course Curriculum Overview:

For csit the subjects kee changing accroding to the trendy stuffs that are currently going on but it was really hard to keep with that when all your subjects are changed and you have o idea or previous year qs to geta reference from. Exams are conducted continously with no gaps and its not a easy stuff students get lot of stress but still somehow manage.

A Complete Review of KIIT University from a Student's View

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities at KIIT are quite good, especially for us the CSE students.The eligibility criteria for campus placements starts from 7th semester. Many well-known companies visit the university every year like TATA Consultancy Services , Infosys, Wipro, Accenture and Capgemini.The average package offered is around 6-8 lakhs and highest package offered around per yr avg is 50-60 lakhs.The percentage of students getting placements is around 90% plus in average per yr. After completing my degree, i plan to work in software industry and gain more experience in the field of technology

Placement Experience:

I would rate the placements at my college as 3 out of 5. Students usually become eligible for campus placements from the sixth or seventh semester, and a few well-known companies do visit the campus every year. The placement cell helps with basic training like resume building and interviews, and many students, especially from IT branches, manage to secure jobs. At the same time, the average salary packages are not very high and top roles are limited, so a lot of students also focus on skill development, off-campus opportunities or higher studies after completing their degree

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from their 3rd year onwards. It has been only 2-3 months but I have seen several companies arriving at the college, prominent ones being Flipkar,Deloitte, Xerox, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Microsoft, Dell and several others including startups. There is no accurate data on how many offers have been made this year, but there are rumours that more than 95% of the eligible students have got placements. After getting a degree my plans are if I dont land into a satisfying job then I will start my preparation of the military or start a new business.

Placement Experience:

So from 7th semester plcements are starting.Various Tech and Non Tech companies are also coming like TCS ,Accenture, Cognizant, Delloitte, InfoSys, KFinTech, Incture, GyanSys, Iserveu for Tech branches. and PRADAN, Aditya Birla etc for Non tech branches. Students also getting offers from OffCampus like RedHat ,CISCO ,Amazon ,Google. From On Campus Highest Package goes upto 12 to 15LPA and lowest is 4.5 but average is 5 to 6 LPA which is comperable. And about almost all are who are opting for placements got placed eventually.

Placement Experience:

After 6th semester the students get eligible for company placement. There are huge companies visited every year for the placement and many big MNCs like Amazon offers 100seats , Wipro offers 200, detollite offers 100, microsoft offers 10, ITC offers 150 , Infosys offers 300, TCS offers 200, Flipkart offers 150 and many more . Every year almost 80% of the students get placed at a good company with a minimum of 4 lakhs . After getting the degree I am planning to get placed in a multi national company like Amazon or Microsoft

Placements are ok but majority of the placement are for the IT and Cse sectors, but there are some core companies which offers a good packages. Around 40-50 % students pare placed in the companies and more over most of the students are up for the higher studies and cracking GATE exam.

See basically you placement depends on you .If you work hard you will get placed with a good package.In our college last year the avg package for CSE was around 13 Lakh per annum and highest was about 39 lakh per annum.Companies like Amazon,oracle Microsoft etc visited our college .After 4 th or 5 th semester i Think we are all capable of getting placed .
