Remarks
The overall experience of my college is very amazing. I chose Hindu college over other colleges. Firstly because of their teachers, secondly due to their placements, recently one of my friends who was in the final year got placed in Wipro in campus interview. If anyone is from Delhi NCR and wants to pursue B.tech, surely put this college on their list.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course as I know that B.tech will get a boom in the future for sure. The faculty is very highly experienced and also their teaching methods are impressive. In our class, there are approx 40 students. In total there will be 8 semesters in 4 years of engineering. And sessional are there, which college conducts in every 3 months.
Internships Opportunities
Companies like Wipro, Tcs, Birla capitals and all offered internships and a stipend of Rs. 20k around offered to students. The internships were for their internal projects where they were in need of fresh talent. And the project was for 6 months.
Placement Experience
In the 7th semester, i.e. in the final 4th-year students become eligible for campus placements. The highest package as per the company was 10.8 lakhs and it was in the computer science stream and was for an Analyst job. To be very honest approx. 35-40 percent of students got placed last year in campus placement drives. My plan is to get into the big 4s after completion of my degree and I'm also planning to go abroad for my master's (MBA).
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees are not so costly if you'll compare it with other colleges. You'll come to know that their fees are very low. Also, the Management quota ( reservation) is there. Where a student from the low-income background can apply for it and get the benefits. As I'm in my first year I don't have exact knowledge of scholarship programs run by the college. One of my friends got placed in Wipro for CTC 6.2 Lakhs p.a.
Campus Life
Annual fest i.e. technospark is organized every year, where students showcase their talents which includes dancing, mimicry, singing, play, and all. The library has a Good amount of Books and periodicals, where a student can get knowledge in their free time. Also, sports like cricket and basketball are very much popular in our college.
