The college infrastructure is far from good or satisfactory this is one of the areas that everybody wants D.U. to improve and get better.
Entrance Preview
D.U. entrance examination i scored 90.25% in my class XII exams and hence, took B.Com(h) which I always wanted to pursue.
Course Curriculum Overview
It was a bit tiring sometimes otherwise it was always enjoyable we had our classes from 9 in the morning till 3 in the afternoon and sometimes these extended to 5 in the evening we also had a college's 3 day fest in february.
Internships Opportunities
It was good to explore the world and work with new people in an all new environment was exciting. People were really good and helpful but gives you an opportunity to go and work for money they paid me 5000 a month.
Placement Experience
The placements are exciting, the process through which we have to go was lengthy, but still was worth it students were selected in many new companies and were even offered in lakhs, which is really adorable.
College Events
Last year, many celebrities our college fest like arijit Singh and the crowd was really enthusiastic to see such a great singer perform in our college. The students had fun and an enjoyable night. We all danced for like hours, and had countless drinks we literally danced to death.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees is very very reasonable and everyone can get admitted in delhi university once he has got enough marks. The annual fee charged by university is less than 10,000 and hence very affordable.
Fees and Financial Aid
I haven't heard of any loan facility by the college neither any of my seniors or friends have claimed any people often do take loans from bank but not from university.
Campus Life
Extra curriculum facilities are pretty good we can play sports in free time and can study in libraries whenever we want. Labs are available for our use and hence it feels like college wants is to gloom.
Hostel Facilities
There are only a few hostels in university and the other students take paying guests facility outside the campus. Students are depressed because of the food offered by mess and hence eat street food more often.
Alumni/Alumna
A few seniors are well settled in thier lives and have good jobs people are independent and are growing with each passing day and hence we see them as our mentors.
Exam Structure
College exams are conducted at the end of each semester and subjects vary in each semester. Last semester we had 4 exams of 75 marks each. Students are required to clear all the subjects in order to proceed to next semester.
Faculty
The faculty always kept us on our tows, trying to make us better individual each day. All our teachers would force us to attend their class which felt real pain in the ass then, but now we know its importance to sum up, it was great was life changing.
