Remarks

I took JEE Mains for the admission process. Its application forms open 4 times a year. And the fees of format my time for girls it was 700 and for boys, it was 1500. Yes if you have a reservation you can get a seat in low marks there are different eligibility criteria for that. I seek reservation and I got chemical Engineering branch. Also during the admission process make sure you have all the documents available on the site. If you failed to bring that then your admission cannot be processed further.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose Chemical Engineering at MNIT Jaipur. As this is the third-highest branch of college also there are so many career options in this field and also you can seek software-related jobs. The faculty-student ratio for each department is different. The qualifications of teachers here are very high. Even they teach really extra well. There is one mid-term and one end semester exam per semester. They happen in the gap of 1 month. Papers are designed at a medium level.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 200000 per year

Placement Experience

Placements start from the 7th sem. Students are fully placed I can say companies are more students are less. The highest package of our college is 60 lakhs by Apple and 50 lpa from Amazon. All students get placed unless they don't want to.

Fees and Financial Aid

For GEN/OBC it is 80k per semester And it is very nominal for the rest of them. And approx 17k for SC/ST/PwD students. Also, there are several options for a scholarship like CM Scholarship, Alumni Scholarship, Police Scholarship, etc.

Campus Life

There are two fest one is Sphinx and another one is annual fest called Blitzschlag. Sphinx happens every year in September and the annual fest is between January to February. Other than that there are also various different fests like sports and youth fest. Books are available of all types. The classroom is fully air conditioning. Also, there are different sports to explore I can say all types of sports and I am a Volleyball player.

Placement are decent in my point of view as college manage to provide campus placement to every eligible students as company ask for your Overrall grade point of the student and apply their standard as 6.5 ogpa or without any backlog and take exam of aptitude and it is based on company policy they take group discussion and then personal interview and if it is software company then coding rounds also. Students in7th semester are ready for placement. In current scenario 6 companies have visited the campus and around 40-45 offers has been given to students. Here each company come with only one package and different job roles some company came with 5.5 lpa and some with 5 lpa and some with 7 lpa so maximum till now from college is 7 lpa and average till now of placed students is 5.5 lpa. 60 percent of students get placed in past years stastics. My plan is to go for higher education ie mtech from good institution.

Placement Experience:

Each year in seventh semester placement companies visit college for taking students. In mechanical engineering Vedanta and Secure meter come for taking students. The average placement of this college is seven to eight lakhs and highest placement is twenty two lakhs. The best part is the placement in core companies. The average placement CGPA REQUIRED FOR PLACEMENT IS SEVEN CGPA.

Mnit jaipur is very good among other nit's, except some minor problems.

I had also applied to nit bhopal where i could get electrical but that was so old infrastructure and its location is also outskirts and choose mnit due to its location and social life and city . Mnit Jaipur top NIT ?

I applied to a few NITs and state colleges but chose MNIT Jaipur because it has better infrastructure, faculty, and placements compared to others. I got admission offers from MNIT Jaipur and one or two other NITs, but MNIT felt more promising for electrical engineering. I faced rejection from some colleges due to lower JEE Main rank. MNIT’s admission is mainly through JEE Main, which is the most preferred exam for most students here. The cutoff for electrical engineering is quite high, around 15000-25000 rank, depending on category. The admission process was straight forward register on JoSAA, choose preferences, and seat allotment happens based on rank. Overall, it was smooth and transparent.
