Remarks
The eligibility of the course is to have a minimum of 55% in 12th, having chemistry and biology as a compulsory subject. and after that, I went to the webpage of Brainware University, where I have chosen my subject and filled up the necessary fields required, mainly on the webpage you can find all the application forms, fees, and dates. After that, there was a small entrance test of 100 marks where 50 is the passing marks I guess, overall the admission process was fine.
Course Curriculum Overview
I am pursuing Bsc. (Hons.) in Biotechnology and I choose this course because biotechnology is quite an interesting field, and learning from highly qualified teachers makes it more interesting. Most of the teachers here who are teaching us have completed their PhD. and have great teaching skills. They make learning easy and are quite friendly so even if you ask your doubts a thousand times they don't get irritated, so the faculty here is great.
Internships Opportunities
Since am in 1st year we are not exposed to internships now and I don't have any idea about the roles offered under internship, stipend, and all but overall it's a really great college, and the college gives us a lot of opportunities to grow ourself.
Placement Experience
The students become eligible for campus placements in their 3rd year. There are many companies that visited like Byju and around 90 % of the students got placed. The highest package offered is 6 LPA.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees that the college is charging are quite affordable. There are different kinds of scholarships (national and state level) for aspiring students that are given in a detailed way on the webpage of the University.
Campus Life
As I took admission in the previous year, I didn't go to the campus due to lockdown, but online classes are quite interactive. There are many extracurricular activities and also frequent webinars along with many competitions.
