Course Curriculum Overview

I choose BSc geology. it's a three-year course. The faculties are nice and kind, there are approximately 40 students in my department. We have two elective subjects, maths is compulsory and we have to choose between chemistry and physics. The faculties member are very eligible, the reaching method is good. There are weekly tests, sessional exams, practical exams, and the last theory paper for the end of the semester. The difficulty level is medium.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 54000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

For the application, we have to pay Rs 400. After we got selected we have 24 hours to submit 22000 for admission. After admission, we became part of the college. There are many scholarships for the students You can go to their website and click on scholarship to see details, there is no job for provided by the college.

Campus Life

The college provides many facilities for every course. The library is big and can find every book for their respective courses. The library also so student Xerox and printing word for students if needed, on above the library, there is a big auditorium hall which is provided to perform and meetings. The college has many sports grounds on campus like a basketball court, table tennis courses, and many more, extracurricular activities like singing, dancing, painting, quizzes, etc. are held by the college. There are many clubs like NCC club, NSS club, Antonian youth club, media club, drama club, botany, cyber club, and many more.

Biotechnology is very new field and specially in India and it required many investment like different lab instruments and mechanics. USTM was running the course like B. Sc. Biotechnology, M. Sc. Biotechnology Ph. D and all but they didn't have that many resources.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum of my course is pretty good and helpful with proper teaching about the subject, it is also helpful for real-life work and activities with proper hands-in skills teaching and theoretical knowledge. But there is a big setback that it is not recognised by the Indian council of agricultural research(ICAR). Recognition by the ICAR will have a big boost in the course and department

Course Curriculum Overview:

I love Mathematics.Our Department also provides small field trips like visiting orphanages,helping the poor and needy,we also get to host debates and extempore speech competitions.Taking Mathematics really helps me alot.And i also believe in future it will do me very good.I will be able to join my favorite companies,maybe join engineering, or get a phd and become a teacher as not many students are there in the Mathematics filed and not many teachers as well.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Although this is a private college still it has recognition for the efficiency of this college. I wasn't interested in medicine and engineering. so I had to do a BSc so this college is one of the best in North East India. From the chemistry department, there are various scopes such as the food industry, oil industry, wax industry, ONGC, OIL, and various jobs. The teaching method is efficient and if there is any chance to improve then I would like to say that faculty should monitor that every student is being facilitated with proper materials.

I chose this college as its just 100 KM but the other one was too far. Plus was expensive too as I come from a middle class family. And the course in the other college had a rule that you can't just pursue music and you have to take 3 degrees all together. So if you take BA. MUSIC you have to take BA. PSYCHOLOGY and BA. I originally wanted to go to Delhi university I even got the seat but because of the delay of the Cuet result I had to keep my option open. I applied to maybe 4 college one is from my local place, the other one is b.booruah,st Anthony's and DU. But since my Cuet results were delayed I ended up in stb.Anthonys I got accepted in the other two college which I applied for but since st.Anthony's was my second option I came here. In st. Anthony's due to some network issue my acceptance mail was stuck so I had to come here in the college and talked with the principal after finally talking with the principal I received my email and my admission was done.
