Entrance Preview

I just had to score good marks in my second PUC and plus if you are good in any extra curricular activities,it becomes more easy.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

We had semesters and last semester was more about projects and presentations. And after each sem we do get a vacation as well. Plus all the other fests and things like that. The course materials were also provided.

Internships Opportunities

Many companies used to come for placements. But then the so called internship structure didn't exist in the college. We had other training sessions held after the clas and that included personality development sessions as well.

Placement Experience

3.5

Placements are good. We had a really good infrastructure that students from other colleges use to come to our college to get placements. And companies like TCS, Wipro, northern trust come each and every year.

College Events

4.5

We had the commerce fest called acme that's celebrated every year. Fests were normally held department wise before and but later they scrapped the idea and it was held for the whole college together.

Fees and Financial Aid

I don't have much of idea regarding this. As far is know they have a quota for the poor students where they get lunch meal coupon and all for cheap.

Campus Life

4

Campus is the best part of the college. It's like 20 acre campus including the high school and PUC campus. And we had 2 football grounds, basket ball courts, gym etc etc.

Alumni/Alumna

We have our alumni every year in the Loyola hall. And that's like more than 1000 people gathering. And if you ask any old man about Aloysius. He would obviously know about the college.

Exam Structure

We had 2 internals every sem and the marks had a impace over our final external marks for every sem and projects and assignments also gave us scope to score well.

Faculty

4

The faculty was also very experienced and good. We normally had the best lecturers for bcom. And each department had a different Dean and lecturers were very friendly and easily approachable as well.

I would rat 8/10 as the course was pretty good, I learnt eaverything in my B.com, whether its abut marketing, finance, sales , accounts. So basically it included everything a student needs in their graduation. I suggest that there should have been regular classes with encourages student teacher interaction.

Remarks:

In our period it was prestigious to study commerce stream in our college and had good rating for the course and the for students who passed out from that college. The management had good lot of concern about the poorer section of the society and hence kept the fee structure at a very nominal level and thus help to get education for all
