My college is great but placement rate needs to improve

The eligibility for my course is not so difficult to get. You just need 50% marks in 12th standard to get admission in my course. The admission form is released by the admissions website every year in the month of august-September. I want the admission process should be much faster and the number of cut-offs should be increased and open counseling should be much more efficient.

I have chosen this course because I have had a huge interest in learning about business studies from my school days and after graduation, I want to start my venture. The faculties in my college are very good some teachers are Ph.D. holders while some teachers are gold medalists in their subjects. But teaching method needs to be updated from a classroom-based approach to the exploration of the practical aspects of the topic Odd sem exams are conducted from February- march. even sem exams are conducted in the month of July-august. Exams are not so difficult to crack if you are a regular student who knows how to write exams.

My course fees in the first year are 21300, in the second year 20000, in the third year 20000, and I don't think that's a lot of money for which an education loan is required. so around 66000 you can complete graduation in my course. Scholarship programs are not offered by the college department but the Haryana govt every year releases scholarship programs for needy and poor students.

There are a lot of annual fests, Tech fests, founders day, and extracurricular activities like debate competitions, art and craft competitions, quiz competitions, singing, and dancing competitions organized every year to ensure the overall growth of students We have two big and luxurious libraries present on campus both the libraries are air-conditioned with all the course-related and growth-related books available in the large number. Lots of magazines and journals are also available for students, I think the sports department needs a lot of infrastructure improvement.
