Hello ! My name is Rehenara Parbin . I am glad to provide you with my review of our Institute GNIOT Institute of Management Studies. My overall experience to date has been amazing and our Institute is having an amazing infrastructure. GNIOT Institute of Management Studies has provided me with a number of opportunities to grow and develop my skills l. I have found a positive and healthy environment and the faculties are highly supportive.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because here I will be able to learn and groom professionally where I will get an opportunity to work in industries and develop my management skills which will help me in my future career.

Class Size: 30Course Fees: INR 342000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Companies like Ashiana Pvt Ltd ., Shopparty Pvt Ltd provides Summer Internship. Live Projects enables students to work with groups and manage people effectively. It gives understanding of group dynamics and ones responsibilities in a group.

Placement Experience

From the 4th semester, students are eligible for placement. Many companies like Archer& Bull, Anand Rathi Financial Services Ltd, Learning Routes Pvt Ltd, SBI GENERAL INSURANCE etc visited. The highest package is 8 LPA and the average package is 6 LPA. The percentage of students getting placements is 90%.

Fees and Financial Aid

Two times costlier than a normal MBA course. GIMS - Shakti Scholarship for female students only with consistent academic performance of 50% throughout 10th 12th and graduation, she will be eligible for a scholarship of Rs 25000.

Campus Life

The curricular also addresses the subsequent issues which are paramount importance for management students . Activities includes - Corporate Readiness Programme, the chanakya talk series , PIP performance Improvement Programme, Live Projects , Quality Certificates for skill Enhancement , Addressing Cultural Sensitivity Self Analysis and Leadership Skills . Clubs that are run by students - counselling club, sanskriti club, Nutan club.

Hostel Facilities

Students have access to TV room , aqua guard for hot ,cold and normal drinking water within the hostel premises, also includes the following facilities : 24 x 7 wifi connectivity provided in hostel.

Interview questions were related to Human resourse as I was interested in opting Human resource subject . The process for admission in GIMS 1) GAT test is conducted 2) GD is conducted 3) Personal interview is conducted 4) final selection .

Worth it

Placement Experience:

Placements of our college is good. Most of our seniors got placed in good organizations. Companies lying under fortune 500 also comes in our college for placement. And before internship each student have to go through a live project provided by the college which will help in deciding the specialization.

I Business Institute overview from the point of view of the student.

Placement Experience:

Students when they comes back from their summer internships, starts appearing for the internship interviews. The final interviews takes place months before the completion of the course. Companies like amul, delloit, amazon, meesho, flipkart comes in the campus for hiring. Many students get the PPO from their intership companies and they dont have to sit fot the final placements. the highest package offerd is 28LPA and the lowest rangese between 6 to 8 LPA. Almost 90 percent students get placed and rest opts for starting their own startups. After completing the cousre i want to place myself in a reputed company in a reputed designation, however through our curriculum i am also looking to start my own startup and work upon it simultaneously my job.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good in the college as there is a new placement team hired. which is bringing the result. For my senior batch, companies like Amazon and Toyota came for hiring, and also companies from every domain are coming. The average package was around 9 LPA.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chosen this course because I like to interact with different people talk with then know about them. In marketing field it's very common which influence me to chhode this and I have taken finanace as 2nd specialization because I am from accounts background. A good college for PGDM

Placement Experience:

Comapny will visit in campus after September. And here alomst 80 to 85 company visit in this college. Likes hdfc, Dabur, icici, mother dairy, wipro, Infosys and many startup companies. And almost all student got job in campus. Last year highest package is 8.5 lacs and average package is 3.5 to 4 lacs. Here almost 90-95% student placed. In starting 5-8 years I make me financially strong and learn about market and condition. After I looking for a startup.

Evaluation Of PGDM Course

I applied for G.D Goneka, Managalmaye, NDIM, and GNIOT.I checked about all these college on various websites but things are little uncleafid to me. I consulted with my academic consullar for GNIOT in term of tusion fee academic learning, various imersion programs and skill development certificates. I come to know this collge provide excellent academic learing on modern academic program at affordable fee. Yes i got rejection from Crist College, Banglore during personal interview round. So there are few admission process which gone throught.Student should compete his/her graduation program then apprered for any natioanl level managemet entrance test if not then they have to appear for GIMS test to get enroll in this course apart from that student get discount on the basis of score and past acdemic recored.
