We first need to fill online application form & upload all our marks card from sslc to graduation and then after a week or 2 they will send u the mail, if you are shortlisted. Once you get shortlisted you will receive a date of your personal interview and if you are selected in personal interview then you will receive a mail along with fee details etc... And you can get online application on SJIM website/portal. The students who have finished their bachelors are eligible. (including BE)

Academics is undoubtedly nice because of our outstanding and cooperative teachers, mentors and other faculty members. All the lectures are very helpful from notes to any concept learning or revision. But definetly course is a hectic one as we have 3 semester in a year, we need to work on projects, presentations, group assignments and case studies. Lectures will use & discuss many harvard cases in the class which is quite helpfull, Also some lectures have a combination of guest lectures from industry specialists as well as prescribed teachers for the course. As i mentioned course is hectic, but if we focus in the classes it will be very easy to crack exams because most of the questions are application based and case studies.

As earlier mentioned students need to do 2 months summer internship after 3rd semester. Students have done internships in companies like morgan stanley, EY, CISCO Etc.. The highest internship for this year (i.e. 2021-2022) is of 50000 p.m by Morgan stanley

After first year students are eligible to sit for placement & after 1st year students need to do an summer internship for 2 months. Last year (2021) 98.5% of the students got placed with an average salary of 7 lac p.a. & this year (i.e. 2021-2022) the highesh salary package is 22 lacs p.a, the present placement range from 5.5. lac to 22 lac p.a. The top recruitment companies are Morgan stanley, Goldman sachs, EY, Delloitte, KPMG, Bosch, TCS, etc... And this year for summer internship the highest stippend is 50,000 p.m. by morgan stanley.

The fees for the entire course is Rs 8,40,000 (for 2 years i.e. 2021-2023). There is no additional fees asked during the entire course neither for exams nor for placements. There is merit scholarship which is provided by the college, also they really help & support in getting other scholarships from government and other institutes. The facilities, faculties, infrastructure and so on are all upto par. All the classrooms are well maintained with white boards, notice boards and also projector facilities for presentations. The labs, library and classrooms are spacious and well maintained & clean. The library have many books other than the daily reference books that are very helpfull for further studies & the college library itself provides the text book for the course . The canteen facilities are quite good & many varities are available too. And we also have JPL (josephites premier league were we can participate in different sports. They conducts different management fests like verve (National level business mangement fest), Pinnacle ( Annual intra collegiate management fest), B-plan competition (Sjim- Albers international B-plan competition) etc.. They also conduct various CSR activities like Organ donation drive, Fund raising activities etc.. "Overall its a college of full of life & emotion."

Once we get shortlisted depending upon our previous grades and percentages of previous studies & competitive exam percentile and score, we will have personal interview scheduled, were the panel of interviewers will ask some common questions like " tell me about yourself" "about family" etc.. , some question on general awareness & current affairs & at last some questions on your interested domain - this questions will be asked by the lectures of those domain.
