The admission process is very simple. Yiu just have to fill DU registration form and then you have to apply for the college according to your Percentage and Cutoff. get your documnets verified by college and you are done. B.Com is oe of the finest course that DU provides and I choose this course because it is very much similar to my CA course. hence not putting extra burden on meThe Student teacher ration is around 40:1The college faculty is very well qualified and have adequate knowledge as well as experience. Their teaching method is very much understandableThe exams occurs evry 2 times a year that means 1 year is divivded into 2 semesters and whole course has 6 semesters

The fee structure is easy and there is minimal fees in DU. There is no as such fee hike policy in our College. the cost is very much cheaper as compared to other provate colleges. The financial Assistance is provided to reserved category students and even in the covid times fees of many students has been reduced or cancelled

The annual fest in Anoogunj and it is our annual cultural fest. The campus annual fest is one of the most awaited fest in the college. The library is fully equipped with journals, research papers, books, readings etc. The classrooms are fullly equipped with latest technology like white board, projector. College has a good record in sports, College has its own coach and football and Hockey team.There are lot of clubs societies in our college

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well i choose this course because I didn't got what I wanted. Many students are from arts background who got this course because they had no option. The curriculum is same as school all chapters and everything. The law section is new. About buisness and law and everything. Rest is same. Changes in curriculum is not in their hands. But if they could actually change the accounting syllabus. The timing of exams is normal 2:30 to 6:30. And internal test taken by perspective teacher are according to their time and class. They will take retest incase you didn't attended.

Underrated College- An honest opinion

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really was interested in finance and taxation from the beginning. This course aligned rightly with my interests. The curriculum is based on real world applications. Corporate accounting, financial accounting, company law, human resource management, these are very important considering change in the job market and business world. Not only real world applications but one can also go for further academic pursuit such as a master's degree and research. This makes the curriculum really diverse. Some areas of suggestions would be that in theory subjects there should be practical activities. Just like vestibular training. The time of exams is just right. After the completion of syllabus of a particular subject, we are given 10 days of preparation leave. The exams are moderate and it really tests our ability and knowledge based on our studies.

Placement Experience:

For placements fifth semester student are eligible for placements. Since it is best commerce college. Companies like big 4, google, bank of America, Goldman Sachs, bcg, bain and co., Sbi, paytm, meesho and many more comes. The highest package was 36 LPA this year from meesho for senior analyst roles. Average package is 10 LPA. Most of the placements take place in consulting, marketing, auditing, finance and analyst roles. Around more than 50% of the students get placed. My plan is to take placements in consulting and finance roles after the degree from the college.

In open learning management.. they provide hard copy of books tk prepare whole semester and this is a very good thing because those books are covering whole semester in some books only and there is a v good thing I found... At the end of every chapter they provide summaries and mock questions for every chapter to analyse the weakness and strength. the areas for improvements in the Course Curriculum and Teaching Methods--- they should also provide a mock test paper as per the paper model and latest questions or updated topics with to the point topics The difficulty is normal if candidate is completely prepared...

My view regarding my college

Remarks:

Academically you can choose it but if you are looking for some fancy institution with some best infrastructure and fancy canteen I won't suggest you this college. But this college has one of the very best cricket team and one of our student named Mayank dagar is leading Indian National under-19 team. So I think you understand the impact.

Overall, it is a good college.

Before Satyawati College, I applied to various other colleges of Delhi University according to the eligibility. Eligibility criteria of the admission was the marks that the students secured in class 12th. Most of the colleges' cutoffs were above 97 percent and my score was 93.8 percent. The admission process for DU happens through the CUET UG exam, followed by the CSAS where students fill out their college and course preferences.
