There is an entrance exam in the college to avail of the scholarship for the academic section .once you fill in the details in the college you will be eligible for the entrance test. There are also reservation benefits for the students (only eligible ones).

The faculty must be good for the results to be the best. PIET has assured that they have the best bunch of teachers suited for their subjects and their primary goal must be embracing their students in all ways. The smart and cooperative faculty with their specialized fields is another factor that differentiates PIET from other colleges. The are 3 sessionals before the final exams and the finals are a bit difficult.

There are also internships for the students. Students are prepared and guided for SIH (smart India Hackathon). The startup incubation center is the main advantage for students by the college. Various emerging new courses would be available in the future.

The quality of placements is excellent, and that's an essential thing this college is famous for. A large number of known companies come for recruitment and offer a salary package from average to highest, depending on individual skills. Companies come here such as Wipro, Capgemini, Infosys, SAP lab, etc visited the college to conduct placements. My plan after getting a degree is to get a good job.

The course fee for B.Tech is approx four lakhs, which is quite reasonable and not very expensive, as seen from the placement point of view and in comparison to other private college fee criteria. Students can quickly recover that much just after the graduation year. But what about those students who can’t afford the fee or if someone wants a scholarship? Don’t worry about that, management has specific scholarships available for such students, and moreover, scholarships are also awarded on JEE Main rank and P.I.E.T Quest (which is conducted every year for providing scholarships and prizes to brilliant students). The scholarship is valid till you get passed in all subjects in the semester exam.

College life is excellent. It's a complete ANTI-RAGGING college which has a separate grievance cell for looking into the cases if found. Seniors here do not have a superior attitude or something like that; instead, they follow brotherhood with everyone. Separate officials are appointed to maintain peace and dignity in the college so that no fights or other mischievous activities occur on the campus official faculty is always on the round. One of the eye-catching qualities is in its infrastructure where many more facilities such as food canteens, wifi, gym, hostel attract more of the students.

There are various types of rooms present in the hostel such as Ac or non-AC. The quality of food provided here is also very good. All the wardens here are very helpful. The registration process is simple only you have to ask it in the college. Many students also stay in PG near the college the locality is good and safe.
