why you should choose IIT BHU

You can get into IIT Bhu electronics only through jee advanced exam. You need under 2500 genral rank in jee advanced and if you avail reservation benefits then you get relaxation in this cutoff .I come under OBC-NCL category so I got into this course at 5137 rank . The counselling procedure takes place on JoSSA website and once the councelling is over then you have to apply on official website of IIT Bhu for further admission procedure.

I chose this course first of all because of placements of electronics and secondly because of my rank , since this was the best option available at that time according to my rank. Most of the faculty members are well qualified and in online mode most of the faculty members use digital platforms like ms teams or google meet for classes. Exams are always according to time table (that we get in starting of each semester) and are never delayed if everything goes well. Exams are not too difficult you can easily pass them.

Companies like Google, Microsoft, adobe, nvidia,cisco, oracle , codenation etc provides intern opportunities and maximum stipend is about 2lac per month. These companies provide 2-3 months internship opportunity.

Placements are excellent at IIT BHU. In 7th semester students become eligible for campus placement. International offers are also grabbed by students. This year highest domestic package was about 60lac per anum and lowest was about 7 lac per anum. Almost all the students get placed every year. Companies like flipkart, Microsoft, Google, Adobe, Facebook, Nvidia, Netflix, deloitte, etc come every year to provide placements opportunities.

Campus life is good as campus is too huge you will get a good experience while exploring it, there are many social clubs like photography club, chess club, robotics club, film and media club, cricket club etc and if you want to start a new club you can do that as well ????. The annual cultural fest is KASHIYATRA which is held around March or April and annual tech fest is TECHNEX which is held around February. Though the infrastructure is not too good as college was built around 100 yrs back but you get all the facilities like any other IIT. There is a library in which you can get any course related book . Lecture halls are air conditioned and spacious. And after the college ends you play sports to overcome all the stress of the day.
