Admission to VIT is on the basis of REAP exam and they also have a management quota, my admission was under the management quota. For eligibility in my course minimum 12th percentage required is 75%. For registration, a nominal amount of 2000 is to pay. The admission process is easy and management makes it easier.

I choose computer science because I have an interest in making games and finding solutions for a particular problem. This institute provides good knowledge about the course and as the faculty-student ratio is good all students are able to clear their dought. All the faculty members are quite qualified from renowned institutions and every one of them has a great and unique style of teaching like using ppts, practical use of their subject, etc. In VIT there are main semester exams conducted by RTU and 3 internal exams(midterms).

A good amount of internships by public organizations like ISRO, DRDR, etc, and by companies likes byjus, Infosys, etc are provided by institutions. These companies provide different roles in the field of the backend, frontend, and full-stack developers, and these compaines help students by giving great work experiences and also some stipends according to the student's excellence. Students working on their own projects get benefits from the incubation cell of college and hence are able to introduce their project in the market.

Vivekananda institute of technology is affiliated with RTU and follows the curriculum provided by RTU. So we can apply for internships in any semester and placements are offered by various companies like Wipro, Infosys, TCS, etc during their college drive twice a year and the highest salary package was 12LPA by byju's and the lowest was of 3.5LPA by TCS. In recent years 80 to 90 percent of students are placed with 40% of them getting a package higher than the average package. After completing my course I'm gonna get placed in a company and then prepare for the post-graduation entrance exam.

the fee structure is very low in comparison with other similar institutions. The tuition fee of my course is Rs.77000, we also have a registration fee of Rs.1500 per semester, and while admission a caution fee of 7500 is taken. The hostel charges are different according to students requirements triple seater 65000, Double seater 85000, Single seater 95000 And there are many more options like rooms with attached baths and rooms with AC.

There is an annual techno culture sports fest named "Panache" conducted by the Vivekananda institute of technology. In this fest, there are various activities like weld master, auto expo, dance, battle of bands or jams, DJ night, fashion show, and many more. There are various grounds and courts in the institute for sports like cricket, football, basketball, table tennis, badminton, taekwondo, etc so students can also develop their extracurricular activities. There are many clubs in the college like the toastmasters club, theatre club, dance club, NCC, etc so one can enhance their talent and can entertain a certain audience with it.
