Remarks

I have taken admission in this college through wbjee. For eligibility you have to sit in wbjee and you have to get 75%marks in your 12th examination. All the form will be available in our college reception. No improvement i want to see in the admission process.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because it is the course in which one can do electronic besides computer. Faculty is good. Term exams were good and exam was easy because of the covid pandemic all were held in online mode.

Internships are good in our college on campus. Many students got placed in their companies. TCS,wipro,capgemini,and many more. Ece,cse,and it are most of the branches got placed and are provided with internships.

Placement Experience

Students become eligible in the 3rd semester for campus placements. Every year lots of companies visit in our college and the offers are also good for all students. Highest package offered is 4lakhs per annum. 98 percent students get placement. I have many plans after getting the degree.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is 80000 per year. Our college provides best of scholarship, internships everything. There are also on campus placement where you will get nice trainings and nice internships from the companies.

There are good fests and tech fests in our college. There are also library where you can get books other than the books we get for study purpose. The classrooms are also equipped with amenities. Sports is also conducted in our college. There are also social groups in our college.

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.

The main reasons for choosing this college was- 1.I had heard a lot about this college in terms of teaching style and the other faculty members. 2. This college provides a good placement . 3.
