Remarks

The eligibility to apply for this course is a minimum of 70 % marks required in both class 10 and class 12. You have to crack entrance exams like Wbjee and Jee main with a good rank to take admission in this course.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because I am interested in it. Obviously, the student is more than the faculty. Their teaching method is good. Semester exam held within 6 months there are eight-semester 4 years, two each year.

Placement Experience

After six semesters students become eligible for placements. The most visited companies during placement are TCS and many more. The highest package offered during placement is 5 lakhs per year and the lowest is 1 lakhs per year.

Fees and Financial Aid

The total fees structure is 4 lakh 8 thousand which includes everything. One has to pay about 85000 at the time of admission. Then we have to pay about 45000 per semester which means after every six months.

Campus Life

Semester held within six months every year. There is a total of semesters, two each year. Semester exams are mainly held during January -March, and September-December. Books are available in the library only no need to buy books from outside.

Placement Experience:

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

It's my decision from class 12 that I will do civil engineering, so I chose the civil branch, the course curriculum is well and the teaching level is good but the main problem is lab, there is very limited classes for lab, so I think they should improve there.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.

The overall campus life and experience is good . Good infrastructure and very nice events.

I applied to scotting church and jis university also. I prefered this college as it is affordable with good reputation and is near my home . I achived 15000 rank in wbjee so according to my rank and location i choose this college.
