Remarks

Basically when I took admission, it will done on merit base i.e. 12th percentage, that time university will release cutoff and who lie under cutoff is eligible for admission But from this sessions University will organise CUCET through NTA to eligible for the admission in any courses.

Course Curriculum Overview

Courses curriculum are designed by university and UGC I think. Faculty members are very helpful and highly educated. They are ready to help student anytime. Mostly members are experienced and highly educated and have a degree like MPhil and Phd. Consider exam, university follow semester pattern so odd semester exam will be conducted in Nov and Dec whereas Even semester exam will be conducted in may. And level of difficulty is quite moderate and if you take regularly take class its very easy to clear exam with good percentage

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 7850 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee is very nominal in our college in compare to other college. For Bcom 1st year fee is 7850 and for 2 and 3 year it will be 7150. Apart from this Sbsc Basicolan Scholarship will be provided by alumuni association And Student Aid Fund to needy student. College don't provide job during study but internship cell of college will provide different internship opportunity some of them are paid and some are unpaid. College also have placement cell who help to get placement in a company's like Big 4, Accenture, Byjus, and other reputed company with moderate package

Campus Life

Our college have a lot of society, and they will organise annual fest mostly in month of January and February. Our library is one of the biggest library of university. It comprises of two floor and have thousands of books and internet connection where you can easily accessible resources. College also have sport society , they organized various activities through out year but annual sport meet will be organised in March.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well i choose this course because I didn't got what I wanted. Many students are from arts background who got this course because they had no option. The curriculum is same as school all chapters and everything. The law section is new. About buisness and law and everything. Rest is same. Changes in curriculum is not in their hands. But if they could actually change the accounting syllabus. The timing of exams is normal 2:30 to 6:30. And internal test taken by perspective teacher are according to their time and class. They will take retest incase you didn't attended.

Underrated College- An honest opinion

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really was interested in finance and taxation from the beginning. This course aligned rightly with my interests. The curriculum is based on real world applications. Corporate accounting, financial accounting, company law, human resource management, these are very important considering change in the job market and business world. Not only real world applications but one can also go for further academic pursuit such as a master's degree and research. This makes the curriculum really diverse. Some areas of suggestions would be that in theory subjects there should be practical activities. Just like vestibular training. The time of exams is just right. After the completion of syllabus of a particular subject, we are given 10 days of preparation leave. The exams are moderate and it really tests our ability and knowledge based on our studies.

All about SRCC life, exposure, placements, faculty and my experience

Placement Experience:

For placements fifth semester student are eligible for placements. Since it is best commerce college. Companies like big 4, google, bank of America, Goldman Sachs, bcg, bain and co., Sbi, paytm, meesho and many more comes. The highest package was 36 LPA this year from meesho for senior analyst roles. Average package is 10 LPA. Most of the placements take place in consulting, marketing, auditing, finance and analyst roles. Around more than 50% of the students get placed. My plan is to take placements in consulting and finance roles after the degree from the college.

Dyal Singh College: The Good, The Bad and The Confusing

Placement Experience:

The placement of my college is good if you perform well in the process of selection, as I told earlier, the placement cell is pretty active, so you would have a good number of options. I will be naming the good companies that visited my college, they were EY, Deloitte, DE SHAW, TCS, KPMG, etc. Numerous offers were made and I would say over 80% students in my batch got placed in good companies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In open learning management.. they provide hard copy of books tk prepare whole semester and this is a very good thing because those books are covering whole semester in some books only and there is a v good thing I found... At the end of every chapter they provide summaries and mock questions for every chapter to analyse the weakness and strength. the areas for improvements in the Course Curriculum and Teaching Methods--- they should also provide a mock test paper as per the paper model and latest questions or updated topics with to the point topics The difficulty is normal if candidate is completely prepared...

My view regarding my college

Remarks:

Academically you can choose it but if you are looking for some fancy institution with some best infrastructure and fancy canteen I won't suggest you this college. But this college has one of the very best cricket team and one of our student named Mayank dagar is leading Indian National under-19 team. So I think you understand the impact.
