Remarks

60% marks with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Any valid rank in WBJEE and JEE main is accepted. If anyone gets TFW and OBC's rank he or she will get the reservation benefit. In this covid situation, the college provides online admission on the official website of the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

From my class 10th, I was attracted by electronics devices, and I was very eager to know how a phone or laptop works that's why I choose it. The ratio is 100:10 or you can say 10:1. The faculty members are really too good. There are four internal exams.

Placements are good in our college most of the service-based companies visit our campus like TCS, CTS, WIPRO, and the offered 4 to 8 LPA for the student. In our ECE dept, there is a good placement record. But I am not sure about another dept.

Fees and Financial Aid

All the govt/private scholarships students can get as per the criteria are given for this particular scholarship. For any kind of update, students can go to their particular department and may ask for the same.

Campus Life

Tech fest or any kind of festival and events are also available in the year for a particular time. The library is moderate not so good classroom is also moderate some of the classroom projectors are also available.

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
