College review

The admission process was as usual as any typical engineering college in India. JEE entrance marks were taken into consideration. Our batch was 1st batch when govt split CET into JEE and NEET. So the admission process was somewhat harsh. The cutoff was a really big percentage for the general category. But overall for reservation candidates admission process was easy.

The course curriculum is of Pune University and it's very professional and so it's tough for some average students but essential for the course. I have chosen this course because computer technology is the technology that will progress exponentially shortly and human beings can evolve better through it and I want to learn that course for my curiosity. The student ratio was 6:4 for boys and girls. Qualification of faculty was at the top level and the method of teaching was orthodox but overall good. Term exams were held as per Pune University rules and were a bit hard to pass but it was fun as it was essential for learning.

There are various reputed companies who come in campus placements and offer a trainee and also various major roles in their company. There are various projects related to the course which are taken into consideration.

1) From the last second-semester students become eligible for campus placements. 2) various reputed companies visit for campus interviews ex. Infosys, Google, FB, and offers are of 3 lac to 6 lac per annum. 3) mostly interviewers only check the percentage of students so the students above 60% usually get placements. 4) to get a job in a reputed company that offers job security.

The cost of the study was much higher and I think this was the only drawback for the college. There were all scholarships accredited by the government of India. For the general category, Shahu Maharaj Scholarship and EBC facility are available.

There are various social media groups of students of sanjivani college. www.sanjivani.org is the official website of the college. Sanjivani Fest is the name of the annual fest and is conducted in the month of December January.
