IMT Ghaziabad Review - One of the Best B-School of the country

The admission process was very smooth. After application, when we were selected for further rounds, we were given an SOP to fill and a Video to record. After that, we had to choose a time slot and date on the portal on which we would like to give our Personal Interview. The personal Interview took place on the dedicated time, there was no delay. The Interviewers were very nice and knowledgeable. All in all, it was a Great Experience.

I was always interested in Marketing, and thus I chose Marketing as my Major. The Faculties are highly learned, knowledgeable and have a lot of Practical Experience. The term exams took place after a sufficient number of sessions for each subject so that students get to learn in detail about each subject. For the first two terms, the exams were online and it was an open book exam. The questions were very practical and relatable to the current times, while we can connect them to what we studied in our Lectures.

For Summer Internships too, many companies come to campus. Ample opportunities are given to students to choose a company and the field in which they want to make their career. Many Big Companies such as ITC, Wipro CCL, KPMG, ICICI Bank, Morgan Stanley came for our Summer Internships.

Being one of the premier B-School in the country, the Placements are obviously very good. This year we saw a high surge in the Average CTC of IMT Ghaziabad. There was also a 100% increases in the highest package offered. Many companies come from different domains, and provides us with Ample Opportunity in whichever field we want to make our career in.

The fees for our course is 19.53L for 2 years. It includes everything from hostel fees to mess fees to Library Fees and a best-in-class infrastructure. IMT make sures that students get the best facilities in Campus. We also have a Bloomberg Laboratory which is very useful for Finance Students. Not only that, the Library of IMT Ghaziabad is one of the best in the country. Students grab high packages from Campus Placements and thus, ROI is not an issue.

Where do I start, IMT has one of the best Campus. It was big and green. The hostels are good as well. The Library is one of the best in the Country. It has all the resources and gives us access to many International Publications and Journals, and exclusive access to various paid websites and software as well. It has a complete student run body, and have various Committees and Clubs. Every month there is some activity going on by some committee or club. The main event of IMT Ghaziabad is Passion which happens in December. Many Celebrities come there to perform. Along with that, we also conduct Chakravyuh which is also known as the Olympics of B-Schools and being the Marketing Mecca that IMT is, we also conduct the Marketing World Cup which attracts students all over the country. Not only that, but we also have many Consultancy related events which are conducted by Research and Consultancy Enterprise. This year they organized The First Ever Consulting Conclave organized in METAVERSE.

Hostels are single and double sharing. The rooms are large. It provides us with a Bed, Almirah and a Study Table, for every student. The Mess Food Quality is good too. Mess Committee makes sure that the Menu is not repeated and to make it fun, they even organize Pizza Nights and Pasta Nights for Students.

During our time, we had to fill a detailed form, and record a video. After that, there was a Personal Interview. The Interviewers were very nice and did not make us feel uncomfortable at all. The Interview revolved around various topics, from GK to Academics to ourselves. Overall, the experience was very good.
