Remarks
Frankly speaking, I don't have any bad to say about the college I was interested in CSE program. My academics score was good but my JEE marks were just average I was able to qualify for other colleges like IIT Dhanbad, NIT Patna but I was not getting a seat into their CSE program But I wanted to opt for the CSE program and I was able to clear the seat for CSE program in IIIT Una. I was given a seat in JOSAA counselling and the admission process was simple and good.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum of the college is very interactive and uses case study methods and simulative exercises to make us familiar with all kinds of concepts of coding. The curriculum is properly synced to real-world scenarios. The curriculum is properly designed to provide insight into the changing technology and its impact on the coding culture and programming technique. The faculty of the college were also very good they are experts in their respective domain. The faculty is very good and they are aware of our mindset so they teach us accordingly and they make sure that we are hooked in the class properly.
Internships Opportunities
The college has a wonderful internship program as the college is new so the internship program helps us to gain some professional experience which is very useful for us during the placement drive. The average stipend for internships was around 54k.
Placement Experience
The college has a lot to offer and the placement packages are one of them. The college is able to maintain a record of 100% placement. The college is successful in inviting very good numbers of companies and the highest package went up to 17 LPA and the average packages went around 9.50 LPA. Approx more than 75+ companies visited our campus during the college placement drive.
Fees and Financial Aid
At the moment college does not fund any kind of scholarships schemes but central and state government-funded scholarships are available. The college completed the B.Tech program fee of 8 lakh and the college placement package went up to 9.50 lakh which is very good and these packages will definitely move upward in upcoming years.
Campus Life
The college campus life is good and very vibrant. The college also has a coding club called AVEESH FORCE where we learn new techniques and ideas for coding. The college has a very good coding culture. The college library is the house many academic books and we can find many books related to coding and computer algorithms. The college strictly follows a no-ragging policy.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel rooms are fully furnished with the availability of beds, almirahs and study tables The rooms are spacious with a balcony in every room. The bathroom is properly cleaned and sanitized. The food of the hostel is tasty and special food is served during the birthdays. The wardens properly maintain the hostel discipline. The security of the hostel is 24 hours available and very good.
